I was there today with colleagues and they were very nice and friendly employees. I will definitely come again and recommend it!

Very nice shop, never had such good ice cream and the sellers are very nice. They gave us ice cream and it made our day better.

I recently went to the Wonder Waffle Shoppi Tivoli and was pleasantly surprised. The freshly made waffles were delicious and had a variety of toppings. If you need a sweet snack during your stay at Shoppi Tivoli, Wonder Waffle at Tivoli is the right place. :) The employees are reliable and customer-oriented. During the last visit to the Tivoli there were a lot of people on site and the employees were still able to cope with the pressure. My appeal to the coming visitors would be - If there is a high number of walk-in customers, I recommend that you do not have high expectations of the staff, as you have to serve everyone at the same time. With this in mind, I hope you enjoy your future visit.

The shake I received was extremely fluid, lacking the thick, creamy consistency one would expect from a premium shake. Confused and somewhat disappointed, I inquired with the service staff if this was the standard for their shakes, only to be met with a lackluster response affirming that it was. This encounter not only left me with a bad taste in my mouth but also questioned the quality of their other offerings. It's disheartening when a simple pleasure like a well-made Oreo shake falls short of expectations, especially when the issue seems to stem from a lack of care or attention to what should be a straightforward delight. Sadly, this experience has dampened my enthusiasm for returning or recommending this place to others who share a fondness for such treats.

On May 8th, 2023 I was in the Shoppi Tivoli at Das Original Wonder Waffle and ordered a very fine Wonder Waffle there and I think it was also very fine.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday party at the "Wonder Waffle" and it was an unforgettable experience! The children were thrilled and loved the delicious waffles. The decorations were great and made the atmosphere even more festive. If you are planning a birthday party, this is a great idea. The owners and staff welcomed us warmly and looked after us lovingly. It was a unique experience for the children and for us as parents. Highly recommended!

We spent a magical afternoon at WonderWaffel and were completely thrilled. The atmosphere was inviting and child-friendly, which really suited us parents. The waffles were simply fantastic! Our children were overjoyed when they were allowed to design their own waffles with different toppings. The staff was very friendly and patient. We felt warmly welcome. The selection of toppings and ice cream was impressive, and the waffles themselves were freshly baked and delicious. A perfect place to create sweet memories together as a family. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend WonderWaffel!

The waffles 🧇 are really tasty and the selection is large. Unfortunately the store is not designed for business. We had to wait at least 40 minutes for the waffles without the store being busy. I don't think that's possible with children. Really a no go sorry.

My experience at the waffle shop was not entirely satisfactory. The place is pretty and offers a good amount of seating, which is appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the waffle I ordered. The amount of Nutella was really minimal and I was served a white Kinder Bueno instead of the chocolate Bueno shown in the photos. This negatively affected the overall taste of the waffle. I also expected better quality given the high price of the waffle. All in all, although it was easy to find a seat, based on my experience I can't recommend this place and don't plan on going back.

This business is truly remarkable! Great atmosphere, very good service, friendly staff. The self-service system was very successful! Tables were cleaned non-stop… cutlery extremely clean!! But the highlight of this shop is DEFINITELY the waffles!!! Never before have you tasted such a sweet dish as you did at the WonderWaffel Shoppi! Top top top! Only recommended

I found the waffles extremely expensive, 40 CHF for 2 waffles is a lot. And it didn't taste good at all.

Everything was great except “the bosses” with the loud unsupervised children, I don’t want to hear the screams again.

Once and no more! I would be willing to pay the hefty price, the waffle ultimately tasted really good. BUT we had to wait 35 minutes for the waffle... The coffee was long since cold by now. Even though there were very few people, our order slip was apparently lost. When I asked, I was put off at first and had to wait another 10 minutes until I finally complained. The waffle then arrived, albeit not nicely decorated for the price, just carelessly dumped onto the plate... No apology nothing. Disappointing. A pity.

Super great shop 👍 The atmosphere is very nice, especially because of the large window front. There are many tables and therefore enough space to eat in peace. The food was very tasty.
