Was there today...At 4 p.m. 10 Brotre. I know that even at 5 p.m. I don't need to buy bread there anymore. The waitress was pretty stressed, I felt sorry for the poor one. However, she was friendly and quick. The prices for Bread was amazing. And in a "Dorf Beck" it was completely exaggerated. I was shocked and I'm from the industry. Pastries cinnamon rolls were very fine.

Some people are definitely in the wrong job! It's a shame that you can't be friendly anymore!!! I can only agree with the previous comment!!

Were served very strangely today. They didn't even look at us properly when we ordered even though there wasn't much going on. Only the one lady with long blonde hair was very friendly. The other two ladies probably forgot the motivation at home :-)...

Unfortunately, management seems to continually focus on making the staff worse. The employees don't know what they're selling or the ingredients. Even if you have dangerous nut allergies, you can fall into the trap. Employees don't know what to do when you ask for a roll with cheese. The bags then have to be opened at the checkout because someone forgot what was in them. Dear management. This is how you destroy your brand.
