It's a small shop, but let me tell you, it's very delicious. First store in Switzerland A place that cooks food with real Thai flavor. Highly recommended.

Awesome food, friendly service and a good spiciness level.

Saturday evening March 9th, 2024, received 4 pieces of spring rolls instead of 5 pieces. 1 piece added later (cold inside!). 3 tables (7 people) received their food before us, even though they arrived later. Main course ordered mild, turned out to be way too spicy! NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service. Takes more than 90 minutes to do food. Catastrophic.

Food is incredibly good. However, mistakes always happen. Last Wednesday we pre-ordered food for pickup so we didn't have to wait for delivery. When we arrived at Yings, our food was on the way to our house with the delivery person... Gabor called him immediately and said it was a mistake in the system. However, the wittung said pick up around 1845. Since this was not the first incident in Yings, we are considering taking other Thais into account in the future. Because despite the good food it always has a bad aftertaste.

We have been ordering for years and are very satisfied with 95% of our orders. Can only recommend it. However, you have to be careful with the sharpness, hot is really hot. Better try medium first.

Best Thai food far and wide! After eating here, you won't be able to eat delicious Thai anywhere else again in a hurry (beware of the risk of addiction!!). I only got less good quality during Corona. I order once a week and you can always expect super delicious food (no matter what you eat). And it is usually ready very quickly. Attention on Sundays: there is sometimes a flood of orders, so delivery could take longer. It's extremely popular :-)

If you want the most authentic Thai dish in Switzerland you definitely need to visit Ying’s Thai Kitchen. The owner is super helpful and amazing host, that can make you feel like at home! Also the food is always amazing with the most quality and authentic ingredients.

The food was by far the best Thai food in Zug! The service is extremely friendly and if you choose the hottest level, the chef comes personally and asks if you really want that 🤣 All in all, a top restaurant and really great dishes!!

The owner was very unfriendly. He was very stressed and overwhelmed. I completely understand if someone is stressed, however it is unacceptable that the customer is not treated well.

It is freshly cooked, which means longer waiting times. The plates are beautifully presented, so you can see that the food is cooked with love. The food is delicious! The outside area was enhanced with the large parasol. Service staff often seem stressed.

The best and most authentic Thai restaurant, not only in Zug but in the country. It's seriously amazing and it feels like you're back in Thailand for a second. The staff is also really really friendly and attentive. 10/10 place!!

Best Thai food in Zug and the surrounding area!

We happened to stop by Ying's Thai Kitchen on Sunday on the way back from vacation and really enjoyed it. The food was great! The service was very friendly and the place was clean. The only disadvantage: the restaurant is not close to where we live. But since we venture into central Switzerland every now and then, we'll plan a stop at Ying's Thai Kitchen from now on.

Very tasty food in a central location in Zug. Gabor the owner and his team are very friendly and accommodating. The spring rolls taste fantastic for a fair price! The red curry was also very tasty. The portion sizes are optimal.

34 chf for roasted duck and then comes a mini portion with 3 small pieces. Yes, we are in Switzerland and train is even more expensive, but that doesn't justify such a rip-off. I will never order from them again. Because ordering means trusting, as you cannot complain. They take advantage of this because they don't understand how to get customers.

Very tasty Thai food. In my opinion the best in Zug so far. The waiting time until the food is served is sometimes a bit too long but it is definitely worth it. Best regards.

Honestly , this is for me the best Thai in Zug, Zug Kanton and all Switzerland... Native Thai woman Head Chef, who is cooking Thai food as if we were there (in Thailand), and always very nice welcome from his Husband ( not Thai, but with the same level of service). Thank you both.

Would give 6 stars if I could. 5 because of the food and another 6 star because of the service. It was my first time there, but it's already the best Thai restaurant in Zug! Gladly again.

Used to be the best Thai in Zug. Currently aloof, overwhelmed, chaotic and quality unacceptable. You order without onion and get a dish with onion. Food without taste. Kitchen staff unacceptable, no organization and insight into incorrectly delivered dishes. Too long waiting times both for delivery and on site. Aloof, no standards and cheeky...

Food quite good, not always the same quality but delivery is never on time...being 1 hour late and not getting info is apparently normal

We recently had a family celebration at Yings and it was just amazing! A wonderful finger food buffet was set up where we could help ourselves to our hearts' content. The appetizers were very tasty (!!) and the sauces were a dream. Afterwards we continued “á la carte” and the dishes were all excellent. Incredibly delicious curries, Pad Thais, Pad Kra Paos and Fried Rices…. :-) We can only recommend Ying’s Thai Kitchen and Ying and Gabor are outstanding hosts. If you want to find delicious Thai food in a pleasant and casual atmosphere, you must definitely visit Ying’s Thai Kitchen! Thank you so much for having us!!

Edit to the answer of the owner : what a professional comment Edit 2: very unprofessional again. I would suggest you to take some social media lessons to know how to react professionally to social media "negative"comments. (I think my comment and rating not negative by the way...) You are now just making yourself unprofessional as a company on your own page! You might "work very hard" as you say (I belive this) but you just distroy yourself on your own social media page. Think about it. Think about some customer who never see your restaurant and see the way you answer. They will likely skip your restaurant not because of my comment but because of your comment which self distroy yourself... Just think about it what would a reader think when he see that someone says "friendly and the food is very good but bit more pricy than Zurich " and then he see your unprofessional answer...

Very good service and the best Thai food in Zug or Switzerland! Very authentic cuisine. Since I've known this Thai, no one else can keep up. My favorite dish is the “Thai Wasserspinst” with Thai spiciness. I always enjoy ordering here.

I ordered a Pad thai and a red curry this evening. Both not spicy. The portions, however, both arrived very spicy. By the time I called to tell them what had happened, the owner had my order delivered to my home again to apologize for what happened. Excellent service despite the mix-up.
