Beautiful and delicious. Attentive service from the chef

The food was amazing, all made right in front of us. Incredibly fresh ingredients. It really shows you how healthy food can be so delicious. The chef was super nice, and it’s clear that he takes a lot of care with the ingredients and the choice of menu.

Very pricey but really amazing food. Vegan yet healthy and organic (mostly) but most of all, just made really well. Chef was super detail oriented and attentive and generous. The chestnut cashew soup with onion garnish was out of this world good. The flatbread and the naan that was served with the main course were super tasty. It’s not easy to find as there isn’t any clear signage but easy once you know that it’s part of the spa facility at the Lausanne Palace hotel.

5 adults enjoyed an exquisitely prepared, presented and delicious meal. Everything was prepared fresh and served with class. It is about as good as vegan gets. If you are in Lausanne and you to like to eat healthy, make sure to visit this place. You will not regret it.

A magnificent lunch with high quality products. The chef is very welcoming and passionate and takes the time to explain his recipes. I highly recommend.

Great vegan find. We had lunch for 4 adults and 2 children. All non-vegans were amazed by the dishes, flavours and experience. The chef who served us was brilliant. Taking time to talk to us and tell us about the dishes and ingredients. Highly recommend.

The food was amazing; the flavors were creative and colorful (and everything was vegan). On top of that, many things were homemade (like the tofu, the kombucha). The experience was made even better by the care that the chef Dhondup puts into the food. Loved this so much. Thank you!!

A very nice discovery. The chef is passionate and exciting. Gourmet, tasty and creative dishes. Excellent value for money. Delicious Tibetan momo ravioli with a mixture of different flours and delicious avocado cheesecake.

A wonderful dining experience! A tiny restaurant where the food that is invented and prepared with oodles of passion and creativity. There didn't seem to be any shortcuts taken, with many of the things we ate or drank having been made (for example fermented) on-site in the previous few weeks and months. At least when we were there, the chef was a one-man band, creating, preparing, serving and, if desired, explaining his creations. Everything was bursting with flavour (several aromas were completely new to us) and prepared with care.
