Wonderful authentic Thai food! Very good alternative to the usually very full Boo across the street! The menu is a bit smaller than usual in a Thai restaurant, but the dishes are prepared very carefully and in an original way! We can definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back.

The iced teas are subtly flavorful in lovely ways. The three of us are thoroughly enjoying our Buddha bowl, pad Thai, and tom kha. Plus it's on the way from the train station to the Rhine where we plan to swim. Yum!

Had dinner there for the first time today. Everyone who served us was very, very friendly. The furnishings have style and are decorated with love. The food was also very good :-)

Beautifully and authentically furnished restaurant, with various Asian menus at reasonable prices. The name fits, although I would have preferred to call it ZAK because I've never had food on the table so quickly. The service is also on point and has the place under control. Menu costs between 17 and 21 francs, which includes rice. If you add fried rice, it costs 2 francs extra, which is absolutely OK.

I can highly recommend ramen with minced meat and papaya salad. Always friendly, tasty and fast. 👍

Very stylishly decorated restaurant with modern Asian cuisine. Selection on the menu is small but nice. Freshly cooked, everything to the point. You notice the difference to the surrounding rather cheap Asian restaurants. Every detail is perfect here. The papaya salad and the red curry are highly recommended. Come here regularly for lunch or dinner. Never been disappointed.

The service is very nice, the quality of the lunch is mediocre at best, but above all it is much better at thousands of other restaurants that specialize in the respective cuisines. A place for people who like Europeanized mishmash food with an Asian touch. And quite expensive...

Small but fine restaurant with a motivated young team and delicious curry

Very cozy. Almost no space to eat inside. But when it's warm and you can sit outside, it's great. Open at lunchtime only.

The food and cocktail was excellent. I had the "Curry me softly", the best red curry I've ever eaten! I drank the signature cocktail with whiskey. I would definitely order again. The service was good. I came because of the good Google rating and was not disappointed. Thx

The restaurant is rather boring looking, the drink selection is lacking in all aspects, from water to wine, and the food is to "try hard" fancy. I had the duck and the sauce that was served with it was so salty you could barely eat anything else on the plate. The duck was half cold and the skin was soggy and not at all crispy. somewhere I would recommend.

The best dinner without a doubt. Excellent concept and techniques in every dish, this is not original Thai food but Thai with French cuisine very special and surprising. As a first course we had foie gras and tuna tataki, which we really enjoyed a la class! For the main course we had Krapau duck and curry me softly, the duck breast is cooked at the best temperature, nice and juicy, I only know Krapau with crispy duck and dry, I don't like that at all, so here at ZAP you get the best duck! My wife really liked Curry me Softly, it had a good taste of spiciness and the chicken breast was cooked at the right point so it was very juicy and not dry. For dessert we had Thai basil and Thai tea cheesecake with pandan ice cream - that's really another finale that really makes you boom! Brilliant top and high quality service! Thanks for great dinners.! This isn't the last time. We would like to come again! Greetings Schmid

An absolutely successful atmosphere. Somehow a mix of beach bar, modern and cozy. Very attentive service and incredibly good cuisine. If you want to have a cozy and good evening, this is absolutely the right place for you.

Mega friendly staff and great cuisine. Not many dishes, but extremely well thought out and delicious. Price/performance is perfect. And unlike all the other “hip” restaurants, you really feel welcome and valued here.

Incredible food! Incredible service! One of the biggest surprises! We came for casual Thai food, and left in wonder about the quality and creativity of the menu. Come while it's still relatively quiet, in a few months this place will have a waiting list!

Starter: Chicken in Bao Bun - spicy & tasty, a bit too much sauce Main course: Duck Krapau - delicious, well fried, fine vegetables and delicious sauce Drink: Thai Ice Tea - I really enjoyed it. Something different than homemade ice teas in other places. The service was attentive and extremely friendly, and the price-performance ratio was good. I would like to come again :)

“Away from the mainstream” We had dinner at ZAP for the first time and had “Hanami Gin Yuzu” as an aperitif drink, exceptionally tasty and very fresh! The drinks are generally great and very creative. Then we had summer rolls and dim sum as starters. I have never eaten such good and fresh summer rolls… highly recommended 😻 For the main course we had the Red Curry and Mango Karate Salmon Bowl. The red curry was convincingly delicious and away from the mainstream. The service was very friendly and professional and the atmosphere was great. Price performance and quality are right. It was a perfect match. Thanks for the great evening, we will come again soon!

Wow, it was my first time at Zap and I was very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, something I have rarely experienced. We ordered starters and main course together. The Hiyashi Bowl (cold ramen noodles with chicken) was very tasty and recommended. Everything else was also very tasty. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Nice facility. Service too slow and inattentive (long waiting times, incorrect prices charged). The red curry 24 CHF with chicken was delicious and delicately seasoned, foamed and with kaffir lime leaves. The green curry 28 CHF with beef was too liquid, had little taste, and the meat was tough. The food is beautifully prepared. Mineral water is 5 CHF. The toilets are clean. What was annoying was that the music was turned up too loud after 12:30 p.m. and you could no longer have a conversation. When it comes to food, I will give ZAP a second chance, but the first visit wasn't entirely convincing.

Diverse fusion cuisine. Very good food and nice staff. We ordered papaya salad and spring rolls as starters and duck and curry chicken as main courses. Everything perfect! I really liked the bun. I haven't had such a good bun in a long time.

Very special and authentic asian food. Highly recommended are thai dishes and they homemade ice cream. Lunch menu change every day. We are surprise how beautiful the dishes are decorated. We will come definitiv again.
