The guy at the door was very unfriendly and the bar itself was run of the mill... there's nothing better in Lucerne

Yesterday I went to the Zentralbar for the first time and was really pleasantly surprised. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly waiters and delicious drinks. The prices are also completely reasonable. Will definitely come back.

We were a group of 8 people and were there about 1 month ago. Great location, very welcoming atmosphere. A really nice owner and the prices are really reasonable. Price/performance ratio is definitely the same! We'll definitely see each other again when we're near Lucerne! Kind regards from Dortmund and the surrounding area! The trip to Milan was definitely worth it! Maybe you remember us :-)

Great drinks, but frustrating to see people smoking indoors! All my clothes smelled like smoke after leaving this place too. Very annoying!!! Updated to 3 star from 1 star. No where on the Google profile does it mention that it's a smoking bar, though I just noticed it mentioned on the website. It's also obvious it's a smoking bar based on ash trays inside. I just wish I knew that beforehand. Seems common for smoking bars in Lucerne to not list it on their Google profile. Makes it hard to find a non-smoking bar!

lovely bar close to the train station! great location, seating inside and outside is lovely. staff were fantastic, great english, really helpful in terms of recommendations and enquires. drinks are pretty cheap as well, and open late. would recommend to any travellers in the area looking for great service and even better drinks!

Poor service., a store that constantly waits for orders. They don't let you sit and chat. Even though I haven't finished my beer yet, they ask me if I want to order something else! 3 times! So funny!

The service is amazing. He explained and allowed us to taste the beers. I tried a typical Swiss one called Eichhof. A delight.

We had a good time with live music and good drinks. The atmosphere in the bar is relaxed and relaxed. Even though the music was a bit too loud for conversation, I'm glad I found the bar with my colleagues. It was really fun.

Mega selection of gins. Super nice host who is happy to take the time to make recommendations. The location is very small but well maintained and homely. When we are back in Lucerne we will be happy to come back 😊

Here you can enjoy great cocktails in a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended during the week, but on the weekend the music is too loud for me to have a conversation. Still, keep it up

Not far from the train station. About 3 minutes walk. The boss welcomes all guests warmly and responds to their wishes. A nice conversation was also possible, meaning he took time for each individual. He is funny and occasionally jokes and has a lot of knowledge about the drinks he offers

Good cocktail bar just nearby Luzern central station. Cocktail menu is not extensive, but both author and classic cocktails offered are tasty. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

Incredibly unfriendly boss, never had a problem there but a please and thank you would be nice. It's a shame about the good location.

Reborn from the owners' wish to revive their family history, they have transformed the place as an intergenerational crossroad that promotes young artists from the 'next door' music school. Cool bar right next to Lucerne train station. Nice bartenders who are happy to advise you and mix unusual, delicious cocktails for you. Drinking a beer is of course perfectly fine. Live music! Not too loud, so you can still have a good conversation. I found the atmosphere very pleasant and will definitely go there again.

Lovely cafe, also perfect to take away, to start the day. On Thursday and Saturday there is live music with a cozy beer or an excellent cocktail. Also ask about the special promotions. They always have something new in their range.
