Spontaneous, wonderful dinner in a relaxed environment, friendly and uncomplicated service, all in all a perfect Saturday evening. And the best thing about it - we didn't know anything about it and by chance came across Dave Wälti, who had already put a satisfied smile on people's faces at the Eisblume in Worb!

Very well-kept cuisine with first-class service

The food and service are great. In the event of intolerances, these will be addressed and solutions will be found, delicious solutions. We were absolutely thrilled. The staff is attentive and accommodating, you really feel welcome and valued. The only negative point - the prices are now excessive for Olten. Of course everything is prepared fresh and fancy, but they are slowly exaggerating the pricing - that is no longer realistic, even for such good food and quality of the products. As soon as the prices return to normal, we would be happy to come back.

The start with the greeting from the kitchen was great and made you want more. Unfortunately, the other courses couldn't quite keep up. Although they were beautifully presented, they lacked spice, complexity and balance. All in all, the food was good, but we are used to something different in the fine dining area. The hefty price of CHF 155 is simply too high. Warm sourdough bread, friandise at the end and a wine/drink accompaniment as an option would have been nice. The service was very pleasant and friendly, but overall it could be a little more attentive. We wish you continued success

At the table we were informed that our group of six had to order the same thing. That irritated us and we weren't used to Zollhüsli. The four course for Fr. 110 was ok, the wine and digestifs were very expensive. In summary: Expensive without the spirit of the previous hosts Sandra and Adrian Müller. I will try again with an à la carte plate. But for the time being no longer the first choice in Olten and the surrounding area.

The staff was really extremely friendly, but the food (especially the cauliflower with truffles) was unfortunately not very convincing given the very high price range. We also only received three side dishes for four main courses, with the comment that we could initially share them together and then order more if necessary.
