I've been coming every weekend for training for 2 months now and I've never been noticed. The extremely arrogant boss failed me because I was in training and dared to tell me that they had already made the remark to us before when it was false. In short, not very professional. (I really liked the place but I won’t set foot there again)

I don’t recommend it if you go there for training…

I recommended the Zoya to my sister and my brother-in-law, but two evenings in a row it closed more than an hour before closing time, I was accompanied by a friend who made the remark, and it It’s at this very moment that the waiter retorts: “If we ever open at 7 p.m..” It’s a bad turn of events, you lost 4 more customers. Too bad the place was nice.

I've already been 3 times but I won't go a fourth! I told myself every time that it was going to be better but not at all! The place is good, the decoration is good and the music is not bad! Then the atmosphere and the people who go there are still quite pleasant! There is everything to be the best shisha in Friborg honestly. But the service… CATASTROPHIC!!! It takes on average 10 minutes to place the order, 15 minutes for your drink to arrive and 25 minutes for the shisha!! But the worst part is that even taking all this time. They often forget things. For example, last time I went I asked for 2 drinks, a shisha and a crepe. The waitress wanted to be smart and then didn't want to write down my order on a notebook or a small piece of paper... result: after an hour I didn't always have my Nutella crepe! All this while seeing two of the employees smoking a shisha while sitting on the armchairs! Well… every time there is something that goes wrong! They apologize with “transmission bugs”… what do you mean? The tongue is forked? Bogus excuses then the same every time... Service to be reviewed URGENTLY!!!

I called to book and as soon as we got there it was full and the reservation was not taken into account even though on the phone there were no problems, we called them back more than 5 times yet with no response even though it was they themselves who told us to call them back, I really don't recommend this hookah, it's one of the worst in the region, the Moqa has a much better organization and is much more friendly, really I would be ashamed in their place of these tramps

After booking and confirming the reservation, we traveled for over an hour. When we arrived, all the tables were full and a waiter asked us to wait because everything was full. After waiting 30 minutes and calling the bar 2-3 times as the waiter had asked us, no more response and therefore no hookah. Disappointed with the organization!

Catastrophic organization, not very warm welcome. We booked for 13 people!! And we were offered a table of 6??? Despite this, the hookahs were relatively decent. Quality after-sales service +2 stars
