I do not recommend this place for parents with kids. We were asked to leave in the middle of eating the food we ordered because our baby was making sounds. (after we had tried everything to make the baby quet, this felt like a slap on the face) also the way the waitress told it to us was very rude and we had to leave the food, but of course still pay. It was a very nasty experience.

Great paninis and the mulled cider is absolutely world class! I can recommend it to everyone! The employees are all great and friendly, I'll always come back! An oasis of well-being at its best :)

Rafael and Gian are very friendly and courteous employees. I was treated incredibly well by both of them and will keep coming back.

We made reservations for about 25 people on a Saturday and it went great. They had prepared an aperitif for us that I can recommend to everyone. It's not too loud and the setup is stealthy. Drinks at fair prices and great service. I'll definitely come here more often.

Friendly atmosphere - perfect for students

Very cozy location with very friendly and courteous service. The food, snacks and drinks on the menu are all delicious and made from local products. Very comfortable even if you just want to read a book. I can only recommend.

Wonderfully cozy atmosphere with friendly staff! The Adam and Uva grape spritzer is super delicious! The aperitif platter with meat, cheese and grapes that our group ordered in advance was also delicious. I recommend the restaurant to everyone who would like to socialize and chat (and also understand each other) in a casual and cozy atmosphere. Because in the Hinterer Hecht there is no loud music like in other places where people can hardly understand each other.

well furnished. Great local in and of itself. only the staff was overwhelmed. dirty dishes on the counters everywhere. There were a maximum of 4-5 coffees in front of me and I had to wait at least 15 minutes for them. unmotivated, unprofessional barista.

Absolutely great “café” with a great ambience. The service was very nice and the coffee was absolutely delicious. As a mom, you can also relax for a moment here because the kids are allowed to move around freely. There are also toys and books, as well as, and I think this is absolutely great, a changing table with diapers in all sizes for changing! Thank you very much for this service and your commitment, we would love to come back to enjoy the hot chili chocolate!

All in all a top cafe! Very comfortably furnished, good beer, wonderful coffee and friendly service. You can also tell that you are making an effort when it comes to sustainability. What bothers me a little is the sometimes rather leisurely service. But. This is a small negative point compared to the otherwise TOP offer. I'd love to come back!

Cozy restaurant with large tables also suitable for larger groups. Delicious snacks and good homemade iced tea. The staff was at times a bit overwhelmed by the high number of guests and was not particularly friendly.

Atmospheric restaurant, great concept (open house, no pressure to consume, you can help yourself to the drinking fountain for free), a manageable menu, with the Hechtbrett a nice selection of antipasti and cheese in different sizes, fine piadine, tasty drinks (apple/raspberry, a spicy ginger /lemon shot) etc. Gladly again at any time.

Most sexy chef de bar in town. But the caprese salad almost surpasses it in its sweetness, followed by the drinks, which are in no way inferior to the staff in terms of taste, appearance and love. A temple of hospitality to experience the definition of wellbeing in a new way. You can also enjoy the coffee from the LaMarzocco machine. Unfortunately, you can't give more than 5 stars, even if at least twelve thousand would be needed to rate your stay here.

In September 2019 I celebrated my 60th birthday with my work colleagues at the Hinteren Hecht location. The cheese, meat and antipasti platters were extremely tasty - in short - excellent service, everything was served as I had previously discussed with the manager of the Hinterer Hecht. My colleagues and I felt very comfortable and I can highly recommend this location. The chocolate cakes for dessert were particularly tasty.
