We were there a week ago for the annual Gin & Dine. It was really great! The food was very tasty and the gin accompaniment, which was presented and mixed by the producers of Ale & Bread and GRYFF Spirits, was wonderfully versatile and surprisingly suitable for the food. The service staff also ensured a good atmosphere and ensured that no one was missing anything. It was wonderful, thank you!

We enjoyed a wonderful evening in the ZumSchauenegg restaurant. In the reception committee the unique Robert and Adrian. Both were very attentive. Both on equal terms - professional hosts through and through! Location is contemporary and homely with good music in the background. from antipasto to dessert - a sensation!!! I felt like I was invited to a long-time friend's house! 10 stars out of 10 for the whole thing! Robert 12 stars out of 10. Hey Robert, I'll be back - I promise!😀

We wanted to discover something new and came across ZumSchaueck. The menu was very appealing and accordingly the food was also very tasty (fresh, pleasing to the eye and a good portion). Robert accompanied us the whole evening, discreetly, with great combinations and wine recommendations. He was very accommodating as were the rest of the staff. We are happy to recommend the little oasis and will definitely come back.

Well, it seems the hosts haven't learned anything in the last four months. I could copy Bastian Gajewski's recession one-to-one. But one after anonther: The facility exudes a slight après-ski charm, which can definitely be described as pleasant. I definitely felt comfortable. But that's about it for the positive part. The food was just bad! Starting with the pumpkin soup (consistency of Hipp baby food) to the side dishes (fries pale and absolutely unsalted, Rösti partly still raw, floating in fat and without any taste) to the wild boar cutlet (dry, lukewarm with far too little sauce), there was nothing, which would even begin to justify the asking price. Even the iced coffee was bland. I don't even want to start talking about the host's talkativeness. A disappointment across the board. If my companion hadn't been so charming, I could have called the evening a waste. In short: two stars, but that's actually too much. And yes, sometimes I'm surprised that restaurants like this receive so many positive reviews and I briefly think about whether it's just me... no.

Very nice location surrounded by a wonderful natural landscape. When the weather is nice, there is a cozy outdoor area. The food is excellent, although the portions are rather small. The menu is interesting and you can put together all the side dishes yourself. The service is mixed, from great to in need of improvement. Negatively, there was only one bottle of our selected wine.

Great restaurant with a feel-good atmosphere for everyone. Everyone is welcome with host Robert and his team. The service is great, the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable. There are many regional and seasonal dishes, Demeter, vegan - there is something for everyone. The terrace under the linden tree is fantastic and invites you to linger. We came across this great restaurant on our motorcycle tour. We were immediately given a very friendly welcome by Robert. Hospitality is still truly alive here. The food was excellent and very lovingly prepared. An insider tip for gourmets. We'd love to come back.

Location and dining room really nice. This leaves you wanting more. The food was an absolute disappointment. The taste has apparently hidden itself, so even your own herb garden is of no use. Never eaten such a fluffy lard bread before. 5 asparagus spears cooked, tasteless wild garlic butter and pepper were just the price. The fries were the color of raw potatoes. The water contained old dried mint and a fly. The Internet hotspot only works with an iPhone. The waitress was inattentive and rather intent on having a chat with each other. There simply has to be a better way, the space is there. Good luck!
