Zumbach Bäckerei-Confiserie in Unterägeri

Although the pastries are delicious, I'm unfortunately not a big fan of Zumbach Bakery because certain employees don't treat each other with respect and the work guidelines are outdated.

Completely exorbitant prices 4.50 for an espresso nothing new in the range always the same boring. Not even brown sugar. Innovation zero.

Pastries are not baked through. The mandatory wage increase for employees will be passed on to customers with the latest price increase.

This morning I ordered a cappuccino. Unfortunately the result was catastrophic. No foam, just a lot of chocolate powder running down the side of the cup. The two women were completely overwhelmed because several cappuccinos were ordered at the same time. I would have liked to have waited a little longer and gotten one with fine milk foam. Perhaps better training and support for employees would be appropriate.

Always friendly and accommodating - the selection could vary a little more (especially when it comes to bread), but plaits are a delight!

Our wedding cake looked amazing. Of course it was also a hit in terms of taste. Everything was delivered and set up easily. We could just enjoy the cake :)

Actually a great bakery. Unfortunately, it does not yet offer any vegan milk alternatives, food or confectionery…

unworthy, coercion of staff and customers

Delicious coffee, fresh pastries, sandwiches and lunch. All equally tasty. Coffee neatly with a glass of water and the larger pastry with a knife and fork. No table service, but order yourself and take it away. But, the staff deserves kudos for the fact that an old man on the terrace was asked if he knew that. When it turned out that he had difficulty walking, an order was placed for him. ***** 👍

Discovered by moving to Unterägeri. It has become my absolute favorite bakery. The bread, rolls and cake are very good. It is also possible to have the bread cut on site, something I have only been able to find in vain in the past. I don't want to miss Zumbach anymore.

Large selection of bread types. But the biggest thing is the selection of patisserie is simply great. Always new creations and seasonal. There are also a variety of sandwiches to warm up. I think Zumbach is very, very good.
