The adventure trail along the most beautiful Swiss bay with exciting explanations on the subject of viticulture is particularly recommended. Spiez wines impress with their freshness, fruit and terroir character. All production takes place according to organic guidelines. A new cider made from old Bernese apple varieties as well as the non-alcoholic variants grape juice and verjuice are also now in the range.
