But the bread, rolls, croissants and braids are also the finest - here in Sent the original without a dining room: in Scuol in the Center Augustin with a cafe - both absolutely recommended!

Wir haben das Restaurant Pazolla ganz zufällig vor 2 Jahren für uns entdeckt. Damals waren wir zum Skifahren im Diesentis und haben im Hotel Pazolla übernachtet, vor allem weil sie einen Shuttle Service zu Bergstation anbieten. Da waren wir auch zum ersten mal im Pazzola essen. Das Essen war hervorragend und hat uns sehr überzeugt. Seit dem gehen wir immer mindestens ein mal im Pazzola essen, wenn wir in der Region sind. Das Essen ist immer Top und wir waren noch nie enttäuscht. Auch die familiäre und lockere Atmosphäre sorgt dafür, dass wir uns im Pazzola immer sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen füllen.

We ate in the restaurant 4 times during our skiing vacation. We actually wanted to try out various restaurants, but the service and the food more than impressed us. Here are the reasons: - We were entertained by Vincenzo. The fact that Vincenzo loves his job is evident in the interest shown by his customers. Vincenzo could remember the room number, the table, any food and individual habits. We were literally showered with additional attention and felt extremely comfortable. - The food was also excellent and well organized. We can especially recommend the capuns and the special ravioli, but everything else was not only fresh and really tasty, but was also beautifully prepared. Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Hotel In Lain haben wir hier ein feines Fondue mit Saffran genossen, das uns sehr gut gemundet hat. Auf der Karte finden sich mehrere Spezialfondues, beispiesweise mit Heublumen, da hat man wahrlich die Qual der Wahl. Die Weinauswahl ist gross und die Preise vernünftig. Der Service durch die Hotelchefin persönlich ist einfach perfekt.
