I wanted to check and redeem the 3rd game of the Advent ticket on December 30th, 2022!! 2 saleswomen at 2 p.m. no other customers in the store!!!! Answer: we only sell the lots!! We don't do any checks or payouts! We are not there to answer just one question!!!! Even 1 star rating is too much!!!

I can't say anything about the food because the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. Accordingly, we didn't want to eat anything there anymore. Apparently strangers are rather unwelcome. Eines der unfreundlichsten Restaurants, das ich in der Schweiz angetroffen habe. Service miserabel. Qualitaet des Essens fraglich. Keinesfalls empfehlenswert.

It's way too expensive and the large portion has exactly the same size as the small one.

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered 2 pizzas and they arrived wrong. The pizzas were not filled as requested, but were only delivered according to the menu. After an unfriendly phone call, only a pizza was exchanged. We were told to put the ingredient on ourselves. Unfortunately the food wasn't tasty at all. I can't recommend it at all!

The lady who works there with shoulder-length hair is very, very unfriendly. And the tone in which she speaks is often almost disrespectful. It's crazy that a person like that would be employed at a cash register.

You can't enjoy kebab. Old vegetables and the meat? Felt like that from the day before in the warming box... what's the point of that?
