For us the best cuisine in Obertoggenburg. The dishes change daily and are always freshly prepared. Always something for veggies too. The owners are very friendly, you just feel comfortable in Thur-Höckli! There are lots of board games for children, so you can pass the time even in bad weather.

Dear Castillio team, What an experience! Breathtaking spaces, overwhelming light installations, booming, ecstatic bass that take you into another dimension. Great atmosphere, made possible by good-looking hosts. Floral, exotic drinks with surprises included! Unique room layout, race cage room, toilets and even love temples, unbelievable! The cleaning team the day after was bursting with motivation and you wonder how they can still look so stunning?! All in all a must-see and feel in Sarganserland!

Am 30.11. 2020 haben wir für 2 Personen reserviert. Das Restaurant war voll und unser Tisch wurde nicht von den Vorgästen desinfiziert. Die Servierdame hat permanent die Maske über die Nase geschoben und dann gleich Teller, Servietten, Besteck usw. angefasst. Sie kam auf sehr nahe Tuchfühlung. Das Essen war hervorragend. 10 Tage später wurden wir beide auf Covid-19 positiv gestestet worden. Da wir ansonsten nigendwo sonst auswärts waren, ist der Fall klar. Wieviele Menschen mussten am 30.11.2020 wohl die gleiche Erfahrung teilen? Schade

This is a family-run restaurant, and this is very clearly reflected in the experience you get. The place is small, traditionally decorated, and cosy. Food is traditional, Swiss-European cuisine. But boy what a food it is! We had a three-course dinner there: pumpkin soup for starter, deer sirloin with red cabbage Spaetzli and other sides, and plum sorbet/red currant parfait for dessert. The quality of the food exceeds the expectations and it is an outstanding quality at a good price. Fresh, home-made, elegant but not at all intimidating, highly recommended.

War gestern Essen im Bye Brasil. Und hatte ein sehr schönes und auf den Punkt gegartes Steak. Volle Punktzahl. Immer wieder gerne.

Netter Empfang, schönes, uhriges Ambiente. Rascher freundlicher Service, Teller sind schön angerichtet, angemessene Portionen. Das Kotelett ist zu empfehlen Schade bei unserem Besuch war der Schlorzi Flade ausgegangen. Positive: Preis/Leistung stimmt. Wir können das Aepli mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
