Specialties from the hot stone or simply something from the interesting menu. Weekly adjusted daily menus ensure that your palate doesn't get bored. The spacious and lovingly designed wine cellar invites you to enjoy an aperitif. For smokers, there is a cozy cigar lounge on the same floor as the restaurant. Great concept! Beautiful property on the hill very close to Wittenbach with incredible views of the Alpstein and also Lake Constance. Ideal for stopping off while taking a walk through beautiful meadowland. Good selection of food and drinks served by volunteers who help maintain this place. Be sure to visit the museum. It is worth it

Was in the Testarossa for the first time today. Was very good. The menu was roast veal with fries and carrots, zucchini and broccoli. I'll go there again. 🤣

The best burgers! Very tasty and a huge selection, I eat there regularly and the service is always great and the service is always very friendly and accommodating.

Die Restauration passt uns oft als gelegentliches Wanderziel z.B. dem Sitter-Uferweg entlang von St. Gallen oder von Engelburg aus. Wir bevorzugen halt Gartenrestaurants, besonders in dieser CoronaZeit. Dieses ist hier grosszügig angelegt und mit Sommerflor umsäumt (Bild). Wenn dann das Angebot aus der Küche zu moderaten Preisen auch zufriedenstellt, was hier zutraf, sowie die Bedienung stets zu einem Spass aufgelegt ist, ja dann wären wir gleich zur angekündigten Metzgete wieder gekommen, hätte es terminlich gepasst.
