Ich war im Piazzetta Mittagessen. Da es in einer Passage war konnte man trotz Regen einigermassen trocken Mittagessen. Momentan darf man nicht drinnen essen. Wegen Corona. Ich bestellte Schnitzel Pommes Frites es schmeckte mir. OFfenbar hat das Personal lieber kein Trinkgeld als es auf die Kreditkarte zu belasten

Einfaches traditionelles Tessiner Grotto. Das Gastgeberehepaar kocht und serviert. Jeden Wochentag servieren sie ein anderes 3 Gang Menu. Ich hatte das Glück die Osso bucco mit Polenta essen zu können, nach traditioneller Art gekocht...... Guter Tessiner Hauswein, alles zu moderaten Preisen.

Stopped spontaneously on a bike ride. You sit directly on Lake Lugano with a wonderful view of the mountain scenery. This is priceless! Aperol and Hugo cost 11 CHF, which is perfectly fine. Nice service. Very cozy inside as a small wine bar. Toilets very clean.

Abbiamo deciso di fare una capatina in Val Onsernone per pranzare in questo Grotto dove abbiamo sentito parlare molto bene. La strada per raggiungere questo paesino pur se molto ben tenuta e abbastanza lunga e per percorrere gli 80 km dal ns. domicilio bisogna calcolare almeno un'ora e mezza. Abbiamo pranzato con il menu del mese: risotto con quaglia e per dessert gelato alla farina bona. Tutto cucinato al momento e molto buono. Un salamino per primo ed un minestrone per il ns. ospite. I prezzi, ed è comprensibile, sono un po' altini . Se vogliamo trovare qualcosa , Il classico pelo nell'uovo, la quantità va migliorata poiché tutto è talmente buono che stuzzica l'appetito.
