What an amazing experience our evening was! The dishes we ordered were delicious and priced appropriately, and the ambience made it feel magical. But the best part was for sure the service, which was extremely friendly. Patricia's jokes and funniness made us feel at home.

We were able to enjoy a wonderful time at Café Valrose. Excellent welcome, by young, dynamic, very pleasant staff without fuss. The menu offers succulent and refined dishes. A simple green salad is magnified here, the malakoffs are fantastic. Meat or fish are superbly prepared, served in an inventive and colorful decor. The wine list is recommendable and varied, both in terms of the origin of the wines and the price range. Pessac-Léognan is sublime. Not to mention the champagne, a special Valrose vintage....sublime!! A superb address, worthy of its repitatio and its ranking.

Very friendly staff and great food. Did have the lunch menu and my wife chose a vegan plate. Friendly, fast, good value, nice view, parking very close.

Clean. Owners trying hard to ensure they can earn a good rating. Shower a bit small, but what you can expect for a Swiss shower. Lift does not go to top level, which is only 1 triple room. Restraunt was good and reasonably priced. It is a bit out of the way from big cities, so if you don't mind the drive or like the countryside it is excellent.

Warm, well-located and friendly hotel… at first glance only. The arrival went well until waking up. Woke up at 8 a.m. by the cleaning ladies against our will, who banged with the vacuum cleaner against the doors of the neighboring rooms which means a lie-in to forget, followed by a breakfast filled with foods to which we are allergic... mhhh how to start well the day and end up at the doctor with our second day at the hotel wasted. Shower gel does not exist, bring your own because otherwise water alone will not be enough... also remember to validate your reservations in their various restaurants several times because once is not enough. You will find yourself without a place even though you had requested a reservation the day before when there was still space left. No compensation other than a simple “I’m sorry” and keeping the room until 6 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. on a day when we had something else planned. Sorry for sending me to the doctor and wasting a day knowing that I avoided allergenic foods but too late because they were already in contact with the rest of the plate beforehand, what a nice surprise. Finally, we left after one night even though we had booked for 2 because of unacceptable behavior. Obviously the second night neither refunded nor compensated. In short, a lost prestige suite, a wasted romantic weekend, a medical visit against my will and almost 1800.- lost... excluding gas, travel and time... to be avoided 🥳

As already mentioned by other people, the quantities served are small for the prices charged. Even for the region. Food is good but has nothing special about it.
