The owner has agreed with the request that we let you know again 20 days in advance for confirmation. Confirmation made 20 days before as requested. The owner tells us that she is now on vacation and asks why we are contacting you so soon beforehand. We informed her that this was her wish for us to contact her again 20 days in advance. The owner maintains that we ordered too late. Absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional. The owner apparently doesn't have professional scheduling in her business model. She also has trouble admitting mistakes and instead blames customers for ordering late. - I can only advise against it!
