The ice cream was very bad. We were treated badly. The ice cream is too expensive. It smells like rotten fruit.

Good selection of delicious ice cream varieties, the Aperol Spritz is also very good.

They really go the extra mile - nice, courteous and helpful. Our son dropped the ice cream on the floor and they brought us new ice cream without any problems. Thanks!!

Ice cream isn't particularly good. The ambience is nice but depending on how busy the staff quickly becomes overwhelming

The ice cream is very good, you are served quickly even when it is quite full. The ambience is great, being on Lake Zug.

Very rude and terrible customer service. We were a group of eight, four of which were kids. This was our first time here. ONE kid asked to test ONE flavor. We were told very rudely we could not sample any gelato because they had customers behind us. There were four customers behind us. The math does not add up. Focus on what is directly in front of you. We decided to walk down a bit to give our money to the other gelato place, where we were welcomed. Just support the other gelato place. It's only a few minutes away.

High-quality ice cream with a natural taste and the coffee is also highly recommended. Well-organized team, you never have to wait long. Holiday feeling right on the lake.

I really don’t get why this gelateria is closed at 21.35, on a Friday evening when it’s 30 degrees…

I was there for the 2nd time. Visit 1: + The ice cream tasted very good Visit 2: - the ice was still much too hard. Probably just restocked. The taste of the ice cream was not yet optimal (but still good) and the cup could hardly be filled visually.

Staff was very nice I bought a pistachio ice cream. Unfortunately the pistachio ice cream wasn't tasty at all. The color was brownish. The taste didn't taste like pistachios at all. I then threw it straight into the trash

Decent ice cream, rude service. Many times I have bought ice cream or coffee here, and most of the time felt cheated or unwelcome, depends on who's behind the counter. Particularly ice creams are often quite varying in size depending on who's serving, and sometimes the one with 2 balls are bigger than the one with three. The quality of the ice cream is actually quite good, the coffee too, but there's always that unknown "will I feel cheated this time?" that turns me away. I still buy here from time to time because there is really not much else around.

After a visit to the gelateria (Saturday October 31st) I had to overeat 3 times about 1 hour later. I had a mango sorbet. Then I called medihelp. Conclusion: food poisoning. I just find it very irresponsible to sell old ice cream that has probably already expired! Greetings Noel

Very good ice cream and a large selection. Prices are i. O. The service is world class, always smiling and very accommodating. PS: Stracciatella is a hit!!

Location great. Staff unfriendly. Gelato delicious. Prices too high. But what stinks to me the most is the fact that plastic spoons and cups that are not environmentally friendly are still being handed out.

A nice selection of different varieties. Very tasty and right on the lake.
