Yesterday I was at the Hug Bakery since 1877 Hug Retail AG And I bought a very Hug Huusiist 5dl there and it was really very nice and the saleswoman 👩‍💼 was also very friendly with me.

Was shocked😳😳 published for a “Gipfeli” 2.10 Fr. Completely overpriced, I'll be careful about getting something again, then I'd rather go to another bakery where I can get it for less than 2.-Fr. Pay for a normal croissant. When I asked why they were so expensive, the saleswoman told me in broken, bad German, well that's because we had added 20 rp and that it was getting more expensive everywhere and I didn't have to buy it!😡 1. my question was NOT answered 2. I don't care what and where everything gets more expensive if I want to know why it's so expensive! 3. I will now get my not so expensive croissant somewhere else The service wasn't the friendliest either and I barely understood any German, and she spoke German even worse.

We ordered salads and sandwiches from you for our office lunch, which I then went to pick up. When we wanted to serve lunch, I noticed that instead of 8 salads, only 6 were given, and we only got 3 dressings (for 6 salads!). I then had to go by again and insist that the missing goods be given to me. The lady who served me both times insisted that she had prepared everything correctly and then called me "Schüteli", which is absolutely unacceptable! The icing on the cake was that we found a live maggot in one of the Hug Branchli we ordered!! Absolutely disgusting and an absolute no-go! We as a company and I as a private individual will no longer come to your place!

Butter pretzel completely overpriced for what you get. Butter hasn't spread to the edge and the pretzel tastes dried out like it did the day before. It's an impudence to charge over CHF 4 for this.

Very friendly and courteous people, they exude a great team spirit. Birchermüesli composition doesn't quite come close to the original Hug recipe 9.5/10;), but still my personal No. 1 in the city of Zurich! ❤️

It used to be my favorite takeaway coffee. But unfortunately the coffee is often bitter or “burnt”? Most of the employees are very friendly, but unfortunately there are one or two exceptions to the older women who are rather unfriendly. As a guest, I want to feel welcome. It's a shame, I always thought it was great and looked forward to coffee in the morning. Unfortunately that is no longer the case today. The rating is meant for the Bhf Ost location in Örlikon, not in the main part of the station. The employees are friendly again, the coffee is still the same.

I really enjoy going to the Hug in the Mitte underpass. The coffee is good, but the best thing is the employees. They're already in a good mood at 6:30 a.m. and start the day in a good mood!

I very rarely write a review but this time I have to. I've been to the bakery three times on Sunday mornings. Every time I bought a pure spelled wholemeal bread and each time it was very dry and not fresh. I also bought 3 x croissants, 1x very dry, 1x slightly dry and 1x not the right ones (whole grain instead of lye) The piece of cake I bought was also very dry.. Maybe I was just unlucky but being disappointed three times in a row has never happened to me in a bakery!

I bought some homemade bread there today. Unfortunately, I discovered at home that it had already been baked at least twice. I was actually quite happy with the service until recently. Prompt and emphatically friendly. A new employee has been working there for some time. Large, relatively stable build, beard. This gentleman is definitely out of place. Very unfriendly lady served me a boiling hot cappuccino which ended up in the nearby garbage. Dissapointed with this experience. A proper cappuccino doesn’t look like this.

Gut organisiert, freundlich und frisch! Hier stimmt einfach alles. Ich liebe die vielen, originellen, bunten und super leckeren Vegan Varianten. Vorher online bestellt wird sofort alles frisch zubereitet und man kann ohne Wartezeit sofort geniessen. Das Negishi ist jedoch nur eine kleine Bar und bietet deshalb nicht den Komfort eines Restaurants. Dies sollte jedoch niemanden vom Besuch abhalten. Es lohnt sich!

I bought a “Too Good to go” coupon for the first time because I think it's a great thing when bakeries think about alternatives to throwing away all the goodies at the end of the day. Now I should pick up the purchased goods between 7 and 8 p.m. But since I have 2 small children and a baby, I briefly forgot that I was supposed to pick up the goods by 8 p.m. Unfortunately, when I noticed it was already 7:55 p.m., so I quickly gave the children to my husband and started cycling straight away. Unfortunately it wasn't quite enough and I was at the Hug Bakery at 8:02 p.m. The employee was cleaning up and I asked her to hand over the goods I had already paid for. She strictly refused, which I don't understand, because it's about curbing food waste and someone comes along who wants to take part, paid for the goods via the app, is unfortunately 2 minutes late and they'd rather throw the goods away than she did to give along. Incomprehensible and sad for me.

Sowas merkt man doch nur schon an der Farbe und der Konsistenz... bei sowas kommt dann schon die Frage auf, wie steht es um die Qualität der Sushiröllchen....War sehr enttäuscht.. aufs Kontaktmail keine Reaktion. Die scheinen es nicht nötig zu haben. Ansonsten relativ gutes Sushi.

Negishi ist einer meiner Favoriten Sushi Restorants! Am besten ist es am Montag wo im Negishi Niederdorf all you can eat ist für nur 49.-!
