Tip top!! The flavour range was excellent, I really liked how they combined more traditional flavours with others that are harder to come by. On this note I really recommend you try the créma de Catalonia🤩 My only comment is that the prices are a little steep compared to the portion you get.

THEY WON'T SEE ME ANYMORE I have been going to this ice cream shop for many years, even taking my children there. But today I had a really bad experience. My wife and I go in and take a small cup with a lemon granita (for a total of 10chf). I taste the granita and find it too sugary for me, bordering on a syrup. I can't go beyond a couple of teaspoons. I bring it back inside saying that I can't take it because it's too sugary. I ask if I can take something instead but they tell me I have to pay for it. I explain my reasons by stating that I did not drink it but simply returned "a dish" that was inedible for me. Nothing, the operator says that if I get something else I have to pay for it: even at a restaurant she would have behaved in the same way. I underline my amazement at such behavior and how they can treat a customer who has been coming for years like this. After my further complaints, he reluctantly says to me "ok, so what can I offer you?" In a smug tone. Obviously I refuse the very late and unbearable offer and leave.

It’s a very good ice cream but it’s not the best I’ve had. Also a bit too sweet, which makes it less refreshing.

Had to wait in line for a short time (about 5 minutes). Price was completely reasonable for 3 balls, we paid 7 francs and got a fairly large portion. The ice cream itself was fantastic, tasted great. There were some very interesting flavors to choose from, e.g. fruit juice. Staff also speak English. The shop itself is otherwise quite small. However, the ice cream is definitely made in-house and is not a finished product.

Perhaps because Lugano is a city with an Italian feel, there was a gelato shop so I stopped by and tried it. It was a bit expensive, but I ate it thinking about Swiss prices, and it was definitely delicious. At the store entrance, it is written that to make delicious gelato every day, 365 days a year, they have used 15,000 kg of fruit, 0 colorants, and 80,000 liters of cream and milk over the past 10 years.

Tasty ice creme but I had better one in Lugano before. The waffle cone was to small for the amount of ice creme.

Absolitely delicious gelato. Among the softest and crramiest ones I ever tasted. Great choices available, even some vegan ones. Also, the store looks cool. Only negative thing are the prices... 5 Francs for a single scoop is too high even for Swiss standards.

I waited for approximately 10 min to order, the staff was stressed and probably therefore shockingly rude. I bought icecream for me and my husband and was not slow but at one time asked about a flavor. When I was about to order the second icecream, I was told that I could go and stand in line again if I wanted another flavor/icecream, ”couldn’t I see that there was a line?”. Thereafter the guy (staff) was loudly sighing, which he also did when the old man before me in line didn’t immediately figure out where their card machine was located. To sum up, even though the gelato was good, it was expensive (7 fr for 2 flavors) and most importantly, the guy working there treated customers like dogs. Don’t support this kind of behavior.

NCS..... We are not there. Where did you end up with quality, kindness and professionalism? Freshly whipped cream with a lot of hassle and the flavor reflected the desire and kindness. Coffee served at the same time as the ice cream despite us being seated inside with immediate payment while I held the ice cream as if we were sprinters. Very normal ice cream, not at all special. In short, an experience that does not stimulate a return.

The menu and selection were great but the service could be better.

The gelato is wonderful, however after several visits, the gentleman there is very rude on all occasions. He suffers to serve the gelato unfortunately. I might continue to go there from time to time, but my husband and his friends refuse due to this man’s bad attitude. A pity :(
