Great location very relaxing place, great food

Magnificent place...in a fairly preserved and not too tame natural environment! The gardeners, nurserymen, florists...are passionate and very welcoming. The choice offered is rich and very different from a classic garden center. It's really nice to be able to drink and eat on a magnificent terrace! Unfortunately, I was not able to participate in the educational activities. Thank you to the organizers and owners of Salaz Abbey!

Magnificent place run by a very nice family. The estate's wines are at the top. Clearly worth a visit.

Wonderful place, relaxing setting even with the music, but.... the grills are done too early and are dry, without sauces which would have remedied this defect!!

A perfect place for a wedding. This place offers a breathtaking view of the Chablaisan vineyard and the Dents du Midi. Bravo for the wines, they are excellent!

Pleasant place for organizing events

A magnificent place for a meal with family or friends. Very warm welcome, excellent staff, tasting of their wine production (excellent and surprising especially for a Valais native). Gain from being known and recognized. I forgot, it's a calm and quiet place and children can play safely. To discover!!!

Beautiful place for a wedding aperitif.

We visited today during our ski weekend and so glad we did!! The tasting was wonderful and the wines we're all very good - our favorites were the Chasselas, Rosé, Merlot and their Reserve de Moisés. The woman who took care of us was so nice and friendly - she spoke perfect English so really helpful for us! We really enjoyed the conversation and learning about her work and her family business. In addition to explaining everything about their wines, she taught us so much about the local wine as well as the Swiss wine culture - really a great stop and a highlight of our trip!!! Thank you again!

It is a place you cant rent for any big event, the terrace is beautiful, the food is good and the wine absolutely delicious ! They also organise very often nice events.

We had an idyllic afternoon here. 13.50 euro wine tasting of 5 excellent wines, with a personal explanation of each of them. It's a small family-run winery with the restaurant in a beautiful 1000 year old building originally built by monks, with garden and vineyard surrounding it. It was hard to leave.
