Insanely good cocktails! Great, little bar in the basement with a very good, interesting menu, but there is also always a place for classics. We were served in a friendly manner, there was free water with our order and if we had any questions or uncertainties we were given very good advice. For all loquat lovers: try Jack Barnes. This is Medpelchen Deluxe! We would come back at any time.

Very arrogant service. We wanted to order 5 tequila shots, then we were told absurd prices or that no shots were being sold. As the first customers on a Saturday evening, we were really outraged and ended up ordering very expensive and unoriginal shots. Bad experiences. Would not recommend.

The best cocktails in Bern! There are no half measures here. The drinks are mixed in the departure bar with great attention and love down to the smallest detail. They don't use just any mint for the Mojito, no, it's Hemingway mint. That's how it goes. So the Pisco Sour isn't just drizzled with just any bitter, no, it has to be from Peru, where the Pisco comes from. This runs through the entire program. There is also a large selection when it comes to gin and whiskey. You always feel comfortable in the departure bar. A mixed crowd and the great attentiveness of the bartenders ensure a great atmosphere. Trust your local bar keeper and get advice. I always like to get advice and always discover new drinks! Cheers!

For me, this bar is one of the best in the country! Very cool concept with the “departure table” and excellent drinks! The team with and around the boss “Luki” is always very nice and responds to every special request. Unfortunately I don't live in Bern, but this bar is the reason why I go to Bern at least twice a year!

We were there on October 13th after a really good meal in the departure bar. Finally a bar that has a bartender working behind it who has 100% mastery of his craft. He was super friendly, charming and a good host. The cocktails are exceptional and very tasty. If I lived in Bern, the Abflugbar would be my regular bar.
