What a delightful little cafe & restaurant!!!! I originally walked here to get dinner, but didn't understand dinner didn't start till 6:30pm. So I got a espresso and made dinner reservations for the following evening. I was warmly greeted again the next evening and seated. Dinner was amazing, service excellent, staff super friendly and the views AMAZING! I got the steak & potatoes.... Magnific!

We ate the game (deer medallions). Although the cooking of the meat was perfect, we were still a little disappointed. The accompaniments were not very generous (micro-portion of spätzlis, the equivalent of a small tablespoon of red cabbage). There were 2 sauces, one very good and the other with pepper, inedible because it was much too strong. No one out of 3 was able to eat it at the table and I heard comments about this sauce at the next table. A bug in the kitchen? a cook must taste.... In terms of price, it was too expensive compared to the plate. Despite the friendly welcome from the owner, the experience was a little disappointing.

It already took 10 minutes for the sommelier to make a detour to our table. It will be a large mixed salad and a menu of the day (small green salad and pasta from the chalet (macaroni bathed in a cream and cheese sauce). 15 minutes later, the green salad from the menu of the day arrives. Then 5 minutes later, the big melee. Then, we had to wait 5 minutes to receive the dish of the day. It must have been something like 150g of macaroni bathed in cream and cheese sauce.
