We ate Pomodoro spagetti with buffala. Very good but only downside The carafe of water at CHF 8.30 is a bit difficult to get through.

Thirty years since we returned to Gruyère. Super disappointed to have eaten in the restaurant on the corner next door, it was with great pleasure that we tasted real meringues, iced and without forgetting (how to make) the double cream. A lady served us very kindly (we think she was the boss) and even kindly answered our geographical questions. If you take a trip to Broc, an address not to be missed!! Ah this dessert, mmmmmmmmm.

Very nice tea room next to a good bakery. Welcoming staff and atmosphere allowing you to meet new people. Ideal for drinking coffee at nine o'clock, an aperitif at 5 p.m. or even playing cards.

Very pleasant. I particularly liked the cat that wandered around asking customers for cuddles.
