The best place in Switzerland 🇨🇭 ... Food the best... Car meeting the best... Staff the best...

Very polite service, good location and delicious food.

Have been to the Ace many times, but this time it was a disappointment: at 11:40 a.m. it was said that food orders could only be taken from 11:45 a.m. (...), which meant that the well-occupied Ace was packed by all guests at 11:45 a.m "overwhelmed with orders" and the kitchen took a long time to prepare. Drinks service - in contrast to the food service - rather listless and short. Good and plentiful salad plate with (too) sour sauce (CHF 22), fish & chips with limp, fatty fish and good chips (CHF 29). With drinks CHF 72. - too much for what was offered, next time just a coffee.

On the one hand, the food was a bit too expensive and, in my opinion, not proportionate at all.. and the kitchen was only open to a limited extent.. half the menu is or wasn't there or available!

Narcissism in the first place. But, full professionals, over 1000 events, it's always the others' fault. Trial day etc. Speaks for itself.

Cool location. Service was friendly, but it took a long time because there was an American classic car event that weekend, the weather was nice and it was quite full. Burgers and fries were good. There were plenty of parking spaces at the companies around the corner and it was free.

Ultimately, it is always the “customer” who is to blame. Fr. 5.20 for a coffee is excessive, there are places that prepare barista coffee, have top coffee quality, and where the price is more than justified. As a customer, I pay for service, friendliness and ultimately all costs. No more and no less. Also with you. Luckily, as a customer, I have a choice. In any case, good luck to you.

Underground unfriendly service!

Friendly service with a lot of humor. Good food and a great ambience.

The location is well located, central with plenty of parking spaces. The atmosphere is pleasantly rustic/down-to-earth. The perfect restaurant to eat a burger, but less suitable for a longer dinner. The staff is friendly and attentive. The tables are placed too close together for my taste.

I've been there several times, always well received and served. Unfortunately, yesterday after 2 years I ate a burger again with French fries and realized that it was no longer of the same quality and that the meat was not juicy. I think grilled too long and the fries shrunk. Otherwise everything is fine and always happy.

I had dinner at your place with my former work colleague. We had the Porsche Burger 911. In terms of price you pay a lot... BUT RIGHTLY!!! Great service, funny waiter. Short version: It wasn't the last time I was with you.

The character of the owner resembles a 0 star, which unfortunately I can't give but would be appropriate. Continuing my Europe tour. I am glad that I found this restaurant for dinner. I really enjoyed my Porsche 911 burger! The French Fries was tasty as well. I would recommend this place for tourist.

After a year we returned to the Ace Cafe Lucerne, looking forward to the burgers. Unfortunately, our expectations were disappointed. The burgers were so well done that you could hardly tell they were meat. Rarely have we been served such disappointing burgers, and that was true for both of them! The ambience is still appealing, but in the future we will probably limit ourselves to drinks only.

Were there for a classic car meeting and had to wait almost 45 minutes to be able to order something to drink. We spoke to the waiter four times and the people sitting next to us also asked him about it twice. The next time we asked, "If possible, we would also like to order something," the waiter finally came to us to order and, in his opinion, said funny things, which were completely inappropriate. If the service is good you might still laugh about it, but if you don't offer good service you shouldn't say anything stupid. We would be happy to come back to the ACE, but we will bring our own food with us.

Went to Ace for the first time today! Simply cool. Very friendly, nice staff, I was immediately shown where I could park my car. Great food. My wife said it was the best hamburger she's ever had (of course that's a shame, but she said it. Will definitely be back. Very worth recommending.

A very nice, great ACE Cafe that always makes you want to stop in and treat yourself to a cool something. The varied program of vehicle meetings is also interesting. The only thing I find is that the prices for food are gradually and generally increasing in Switzerland. So the four of us only ordered 1 portion of fries (CHF 9.50) and shared it. The staff was very friendly and quick to serve 😊!

I was there at the Kawa Meet. Far too little space for events of this size. Staff quite conceited. You feel that it's a no-brainer and that the individual guest is just a number. Price/performance is not right for me. Or am I used to something different? I will no longer attend such an event.

Hospitality is TOP!!!, employees play with children and tell great jokes. The food is amazing and the style is also unique. Price is a little high but worth it.

Was a bit diappointed about the long waiting time (close to 50 minutes) for a Hamburger with french fries, taking into account that they operate with a reduced menu card durind lunch time. But at the end the Hamburger was tasty.

Great ambience, cool menu. Service from the Italian was absolutely top. I've already been here with my Camaro at the AMI meeting, and even with a full house the restaurant still works perfectly.

Lovingly designed restaurant! Stylish guests! The staff is great! I treated myself to the Ace Burger :-) After London and Lahti, I was now in Lucerne. I can only recommend everyone to go and visit the other Ace. For example, ordering a black burger in Lahti or taking part in an Aussies show in London. Fresh oil in your English 2-cylinder, a pair of underpants and off you go!

While traveling on our motorbike we stopped here. Excellent service, good raw material. Coffee is Ottoman. The location is perfectly in theme with the Rider world. Advised

On my last visit I didn't feel satisfied. All the tables outside were empty but reserved and unusable. Only the bar tables could be used. Unfortunately I wasn't served. When I asked someone from service, I got the answer: I'm not responsible. Then I went back to drink the after-work drink somewhere else. The staff generally appeared stressed about an upcoming event with people in American military uniforms. Please excuse the criticism, otherwise I think the Ace Café Luzern is a good restaurant. However, the friendliness towards guests can be improved. I hope the criticism can be used constructively.

It's a shame the sausage stand outside is no longer there. The waiting time in the restaurant is long and the seating is limited.

Had to wait 15 minutes to order and then 45 minutes to eat, in my opinion 30 minutes would be fine but 45!! Waiter had a certain sympathy but not too good. Food was tasty (ace burger) but a bit small.

The vegetarian selection on the event menu is almost unreasonable for today's times. The salad was OK, but nothing special. In addition, at almost 23 chf, in my opinion it was overpriced and the toppings were also pretty stingy. I think it's a shame when, at such high prices, they advertise "salad with fresh seasonal fruits and Sbrinz cheese" and in the end there are only two half strawberries and three slices of Sbrinz on the plate.

As a vegetarian there is almost no choice. The price/performance ratio of the gardener salad, which really promises great things, is a pure disappointment.

I was at a tractor meeting, I didn't eat anything in the café, so I can't judge it, but the service was very nice. There is a tattooed man working there, I think he has cool tattoos and is really nice. The ambience is also great for what I saw, it's almost like sports rock if you know that.

Service is OK and the food is top. We are there often and consume everything from beer and drinks to burgers and fries. We were there at lunchtime and there was enough going on, at 12.30 p.m. one menu had already been eliminated and could no longer be ordered. The staff is friendly, even on weekends the staff only wanted to pay in cash so that the payment process would be quicker - in my opinion it should be left open to the guest how they would like to pay. Prices are a bit higher, but the quality of the food justifies it, as the meat and raw materials all come from the region (meat=Uelihof/bread=bakery from the village, etc.). There are plenty of parking spaces, which are very busy at lunchtime and on weekends.

Service nice. Eat good. Way too long waiting time. 30-40 minutes until the menu (not à la carte) comes is simply too long. Especially at lunchtime, when there is time pressure. That's just stressful. It's done for me. A pity.
