The prices are not justified at all! Mediocre quality

Gianduja cookie is really not great. No taste of butter or chocolate or hazelnut, just full of sugar. Shameful for this price!

I come from Paris. You have to train them how to speak with customers.

Quite beautiful place but a lot of space lost since the renovation work. Damage.

Great pasteries and amazing service

Public holiday, so few other choices, I let myself be tempted by a chocolate tartlet for 6chf (5.90chf sorry) with the diameter of a biscuit which already made me think of leaving a comment for this madness, double after eating it, a shame...no problem with the staff on site.

This isn't the first time I've had pastries that don't seem to be fresh today. I don't find it pleasant to eat like that. Also for 10 chouquettes and two pastries paying 17.10 chf is a bit exaggerated.

Today I discovered the new range of sandwiches that the manager presented to me. Very nice discovery and under advice I had the pastrami which was a very nice discovery!

Excellent service delivery fresh pastries, coffee and snacks. The pear tart is something to speak about but you must try and arrive at your opinion with a pleasant smile on your face. Makes visiting Plainpalais even more enjoyable.

Well, I don't mind that we are in Geneva and that coffee is expensive... But paying 4 francs for a half-filled cup of coffee, I find it limiting...

The Pouly Mail team is very pleasant, commercial and smiling. Reason why I would never go elsewhere to get my bread. I also appreciated their new tearoom layout facing the sweets😢😋

Great little cafe which was open on a Sunday when a lot of places were not. Lovely sandwich and pastry with great fresh squeezed orange juice. Friendly helpful staff.

It's authorized theft, 5,10, - the cappuccino more than 8 a tuna sandwich, it's a shame even if you're starving don't go there!!!

Nothing to say about the products consumed. The staff is pleasant. Overall the places are clean. On the other hand, toilets do not inspire confidence in their maintenance. Several screws come out of their housing at the lock cover. We could get hurt. This place deserves greater care.

I love coming every morning before going to work, the staff are always attentive, friendly and always very smiling. It gives balm to the heart for the day! The place is always clean and neat, but it's a shame that the furniture is so old and worn, it looks like nothing has changed since 1974... make an effort, Pouly!

I often visited Pouly 5 years ago. Recently, I took the liberty of taking a little trip to Pouly on avenue du mail. What a nasty surprise and regret! Already only incompetent employees, certainly not from Geneva, unprofessional and a manager who only thinks about making turnover with arrogance. Where have the real Pouly values ​​gone? Fortunately there are better bakeries around, cheaper and more pleasant

very pleasantly surprised, I who had deserted the Pouly brand because of their policy and in particular with regard to their abusive prices on certain products. Coming only for a coffee, I left with some great pastries and juice. Thanks to the manager who ran after me to bring me my forgotten bag.

It’s a shame that health barriers are not well implemented when handling products. Apart from that the staff is helpful and pleasant.

Employee unable to sell me pastries because I quote: "I'm waiting for a smood order". This is ridiculous for a business.

Quality products, very friendly and ultra efficient staff. Slightly exaggerated quality-price positioning for this chain which never disappoints but which remains below in terms of value for money. Pierre&Jean is only 2 minutes away on foot and that's a level above (for approximately the same price).

In the early evening of December 31, 2019, we desperately looked for a place to enjoy a glass of wine around the Plainpalais plain. All tables in restaurants and bars were "reserved"... although they were still empty at that time. We finally found this bakery where we could have our glass of wine. Personally, it’s the first time in 38 years that I’ve had a glass of Chasselas in a bakery 😉🤟. The manager is very friendly, impeccable service. Thank you and happy new year.

Just wandering around, stumbled upon this place, cold and a bit tired. A cafe and sandwich was just what we needed. Very pleasant staff, marvelous sandwich.

The place is pleasant, welcoming and very well served apart from the fact that there would be more room to sit. Not cocooning enough. breakfast a drink and a croissant/🍞 with 2 chocolates for CHF 15.90 I find exaggerated

While Pouly has many locations I especially enjoyed this one for an evening coffee and dessert while overlooking the park. Friendly service.
