Akaras Stauffacher in Zürich

There are few things in life that smell as good as freshly ground coffee and grilled sausages. Edy's on Stauffacherplatz has both. And also an easily accessible toilet and döner kebab, made of chicken or plant meat, with fresh salads and homemade sauces.

Not so good, and the price is the same as a top level kebab… not to recommend

Fine kebab, reasonable portion, friendly service, small dog was allowed in. When I visited on Friday lunchtime there were few people, so service was quick and there was free seating. I find prices a bit high (13.90 for kebab, 4.00 for soft drink)

This is the third time I've ordered there and each time I get a call. Products are not available. Lahmacun, Köfte and Kumpir were probably out on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. even though it was stated on the smood menu. The kebab is comparatively quite small, and the meat is also relatively sparse, the bread is fine and also great with red cabbage, the sauce is unfortunately so runny that it drips out all the time - the bread gets soggy and you have to watch it all the time don't piss yourself. It's a shame, you could actually expect a lot more from a newly opened store!

A beautiful establishment that welcomes us as if we were at home and captures our hearts with its smiling faces... You can definitely stop by and do yourself a favor with this beauty. If we come back from the Netherlands again, our place is clear 🥰

This Dürüm was tasty and well built. By additionally frying the meat, the Dürüm was able to stand out from the competition. Highly recommended. Certainly one of the best Dürüms in Zurich.

worst vegan kebab! not fresh and poor quality!

The food was 0% as advertised on Uber Eats. Doner bowl without sauce and very little meat. Falafel Bowl was supposed to be with rice and avocado but came with fries and no vegetables or sauces. Even though we ordered two bowls, only 1 salad came. 50.- for this is unjustified and a huge impudence. Never again!!

Nice vegan and plant based options! Freshly cooked veggies to complement falafel or vegan kebab. Friendly and nice place 😊

Adjusts his prices arbitrarily... cheap Anker beer costs 5Fr. Doner meat is not very tasty, would recommend visiting Dadas Kebab in Stauffacher.

One of the most expensive kebabs I have eaten in Zurich. But it's worth every cent. Very friendly employee.
