Speaking as a student here. Akiko offers a nice range of Thai food and the food is good and tasty for a student's standard. The prices are also affordable if you are looking for a decent meal. However they also sell sushi but I do not recommend them so stick to Thai food. So if you are a student with a small budget and just looking for good Thai food, then I recommend Akiko. However, if you are looking for amazing quality Thai food, then you should look somewhere else.

When I have a stressful day, bubble tea is a comfort drink for me. I decided to give this place a try since it was on the way, and I regret not just going the extra five minutes to Kony, which is a superior bubble tea. I ordered the classic milk tea (I think they call it a black tea with milk and honey) with boba. The entire point of bubble tea is the boba. Upon my first sip, I realized the straw was clogged—a bad sign. The boba was soggy and clearly over cooked. I suppose soggy boba is better than undercooked, hard boba, but it’s still very disappointing. The tea itself was quite good, but the boba was the second worst I’ve had in Geneva (the worst being at Green Mango).

I went there yesterday evening (5 minutes before the kitchens closed) and the cashier gave me a very bad reception. Poorly spoken, poorly looked borderline odious. She really didn't want to serve us or explain how it worked. She was already counting her cash register. The cook, on the other hand, has a cream! The food was very good. I put one star for the friendly cook and another for the dish. Unfortunately the miserable welcome from the cashier leaves me with bad memories.
