What a Beck... I notice that the work is done with passion. The smell when I walk into the drawer ♡♡♡ For me the best croissants white and wide and on the nut croissants... bread... d'Börek... the braids... dream... chans amigs myself don't think if I try something new, how good would it be.

One of the few bakeries that creates fine delicacies with professional pride and joy. A local family business that clearly stands out from the Hiestand baking group. I can recommend it without reservation!

A little hidden in a side street near the Uster train station you will find the small bakery Albert's Backstube. I bought some really nice Easter chüechli, corn rolls and chocolate rolls. I'm completely satisfied!

In this bakery you can get the tastiest breads etc. from all over Uster and the surrounding area.

I no longer work in the area, so I only go there when I'm in Uster. Service and quality are always top, no matter when. The smell when you enter is reminiscent of childhood... A range of patisserie that you can't find everywhere. Unrivaled in quality. The same with the wonderful breads. Always super friendly. Can you also give 6 stars?

A bakery straight out of a picture book...no mass-produced goods like the competition around the corner...just FINE! Recommended: Cinnamon roll, pain au chocolat and goat donut...that's what I had today. However, I fell in love with the Russian braid...but that would probably have been too much for one morning.

Professionals at work - excellent quality! My favorite bread: Albert's Ruchbrot. Now the whole office and the whole family are “addicted” to it. But pastries, Güetzlis, Birche muesli, coffee and cakes are also heavenly!!! Thank you for your commitment, your hospitality and your love for the art of baking..

A super bakery right around the corner from us. My wife loves Albert's special spelled bread and I love the plaited bread. Very attentive and always friendly staff with a smile on their faces. Definitely try it.

Super fine bakery! My favorites are the pretzel croissants, ZopfGrittibenz and the fig-nut roll, but the other pastries are always very tasty too! Very kind, see you next time.

The spelled braid that I bought on Saturday was already dry on Sunday morning and my pretzel croissant was already very "crunchy" on the way home. Either the product is not fresh or it is over-baked. The sample cakes in the shop window make a dusty and unprofessional impression. And 3.80 for a mini canapé is a bit much.
