Alpetta in Silvaplana

Unfortunately, there is no longer a Beyond Meat Burger and therefore no vegan option on the menu, which is a shame

When the weather is nice, this restaurant is always worth a visit! So we'd love to come back.

Not very kind and disorganized waiters. In the end we left without eating.

We were there twice in the afternoon around 2 o'clock for an espresso and a small snack. We really like the hut because it is rather small, is right on the slopes and you have a great view. The prices are expensive like everywhere else (because Switzerland...), but the espresso and the carrot and apricot cake are very, very tasty!

Everything went wonderfully during our visit. The Alpetta is of course different than before, but the new team has created a very cozy and modern atmosphere. The service was very friendly and the food was good, price and performance ratio was right for us. The food was served quickly. We cannot confirm the very negative comments. Anyone who is open to a new experience in a slightly younger Alpetta Hut will be able to enjoy a lovely moment here.

Best restaurant hut on the Corvatsch

Disappointing. Waited 45 minutes for the food. Älplermagronen without potatoes, basically pasta with cheese sauce. 1000% margin is exaggerated even for a mountain restaurant.

NEW YEAR'S I spent a splendid New Year's Eve at Alpetta, starting from the aperitif on the terrace with hot wine and delicious appetizers, upon entering we found a splendid table and a warm welcome from the staff. Delicious food especially the fondue. Professional and friendly staff, in particular the waiter Filippo who was fantastic to say the least!! Thank you all ! You have to go there 🤩

Located right on the slopes, large sunny terrace. External fire lit. Extensive menu, also in Italian. Very courteous and helpful staff. Prices normal considering the location.

As we do every year, we stopped for refreshments in the Alpetta during a hike from the Corvatsch middle station into the valley. Super warm welcome from the boss, great and attentive service from the waiter, super fine food and a fantastic atmosphere. Thanks.

We passed by by chance on a bike tour. The service is impressive and you HAVE to try the cake.

Super beautifully located and stylishly furnished (not a run-of-the-mill mountain restaurant). We had the baby pork spareribs, which were super tender, as were the Älplermagronen (which were a bit too al dente).

Very nice place with very cool team! Cordons bleus for the children and perfect pasta for the adults. Good advice in terms of beer and the “house special” water is very good! Friendly and smiling waiters! I will come back with pleasure! :-)

The vegan BEYOND BURGER and the Bernina Beer were phantastic! The waiter and waitress were very friendly and professional, clean and decent appearance and they did an excellent job. i will come again for sure.

The Alpetta has made a promising start to the 22/23 winter season. Unfortunately, the quality decreased significantly in March. In food and in service. It's a shame, it was a brave concept and unique in the slopes...

Unattentive waitresses. Waited first 20 minutes just to be seated. Then, the waiter ignored us on purpose and took orders from several other tables who were seated after us. The other staff was told to ignore us. Waited another 20 minutes, including attempts to get in touch with other staff to take our order.

Very nice and welcoming especially when the weather outside is not the best

Unfortunately, the quality is no longer as good as it used to be. In the self-service area the menu has become shorter. The grill wasn't on at all. Bratwurst etc were made in the kitchen and were not cross fried. No vegetarian main courses. The terrace is very nice!

Years ago we were seriously disappointed and tried again in March 2023. Lo and behold, there seems to be a new team at work. We ate very well and were served very friendly. Price/performance is right - we'll be back.

Enormous waiting times and unfriendly staff that skillfully ignored the guests. Even if the queue of potential guests gets longer, none of the service staff (if you can even call it service) cares.

The price is not at all right for self-service and you wait for a long time and are very unorganized

Nice restaurant in the ski area

The food is baba, but on the second day we didn't get any bread or cookies with my punch. Bottomless. Therefore only three stars. The prices are extortionate, but as a Swiss you can treat yourself to it. 9fr for a liter of water also exhausts my wallet. Cheese pizzoccheri best. #bringbackthespearribs

The person in the Alpetta treats children in an unqualified way, they give everyone bread, applesauce with the Alpenmakeronen, a biscuit with the punch, but none of it to the children, I find this unacceptable in a restaurant like this. The map has also been changed, no more Spirarribbs are possible. Here you can only get the cheese pizza for a fairly reasonable price - the rest is simply corrupt.

food, quality and professionalism represent this “hut” on the slopes. We organized New Year's Eve at Alpetta and we were looked after from the beginning to the end of the dinner. The guys in the dining room are very knowledgeable and the cuisine, thanks also to the new management, has improved a lot. We will definitely be back

Great food and very friendly staff! The only flaw: since the management changed, the internal rooms, particularly on the upper floor, are cold and you end up freezing. They brought us blankets... I have been a regular guest at Alpetta for twenty years and it never happened before... Shall we turn on the heaters?

The food is ok, but the waiting time is enormous. The service is extremely unfriendly and reservations are simply ignored. All in all, it is definitely not recommended!

Unfortunately, the beautifully situated Alpetta has lost the charm of earlier years. The food and service do not meet the expectations of a premium ski resort! Just a shame!

The place of well-being and good food. Everything served with a lot of attention, incredibly friendly and warmly. A really great team of men and women around Santiago and Vitalba, who really live and breathe hospitality. A must for every visit to the Corvatsch! new people, new menu, new love for alpetta! i went there 3 times now this week with ski groups i've been teaching. so far everybody of the groups loved it!! they all thought the price was right. the food was super fine, and the staff was first class! used to love to go to the alpetta. now i do again.

Delicious food in beautiful place!

Very nice service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The “Plattli” was also very tasty! Ideal restaurant for a quick refreshment while hiking. The dog was also welcome. Gladly again.

Incredibly expensive, rude staff and a bad atmosphere. A real tragedy, how can you run a store down like that... We are horrified, angry and sad! We will no longer set foot in the Alpetta as long as such underperformers are there at the start!

Beautiful location, but unfortunately unqualified staff: No organization whatsoever, guests SHOULD be assigned a seat, but they are skillfully ignored, individual orders were brought to the table by TWO people, cleaning up after guests have left is probably also foreign... The man behind it The open-air bar still seemed concerned after loud complaints, but this didn't make any difference in the behavior of the waitresses... Conclusion: A waste of an actually nice restaurant.

Pleasant atmosphere with fine food

Delightful cabin in the sun. You can eat outside or inside, both choices pay off. And you eat very well.

At the Alpetta hut things are just going downhill. She now has a new concept that could only have been born in uninspired minds. Expensive is good if the performance is appropriate - just like before! But, for example, expensive burgers that have some indefinable run-of-the-mill meat mixture in them instead of pure beef are just disgusting. Or the Älplermagronen: they may be creative, but that doesn't mean they're good. They are just a copy of what can normally be called that. The management of the Corvatschbahnen is hopelessly overwhelmed by the associated restaurant businesses. Get professionals or leave!

Great location, good food and friendly service, top!

Nice restaurant! This wasn't the first time we've been to this restaurant, but we're still surprised every time. Especially inside there is a lot of decoration that describes the life of a hunter. It is furnished like a typical old Graubünden parlor (cozy and warm). The wait staff is always cheerful and always has fun. Misunderstandings have never occurred so far. Our tip: Alpetta Burger (very good buns but also very large portions) IMPORTANT: The restaurant has changed ownership and is no longer quite what it used to be but is still very good. 😊

Alpetta is a beautiful restaurant between Surlej village and the middle station of the Corvatsch cable car at an altitude of 2300 meters with a beautiful view of the lakes in the valley and, importantly, friendly people with super tasty coffee.
