I had a cost estimate made for 2 machines for 100 francs, unfortunately after several contacts there was no answer as to what was really defective, no name of the position or any reaction. Looks like I'm offended because I didn't have it repaired. I actually wanted to buy a used machine from him and offered me a discount if I left my machines with him, but the discount was only available on a specific and almost most expensive machine from him. My trust was gone. Unfortunately . Yes replied to Tutti after I gave this review.

The brewing unit on our Jura F50 was defective. I was able to pick up the machine again the following day! It has been cleaned thoroughly and is working perfectly again. Very uncomplicated and friendly service from Mr. Luma and all at a really fair price. Thank you very much!

WE DON'T PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS ⚠️ very disappointed! Machine paid quickly for shipment, 5 days later still no machine. The owner then told me that he was on vacation and that "his employee" was ill and that the machine could not be sent for 3 weeks (after payment). A refund is requested because I need the machine quickly and then have to buy another one. The owner informs me that he has tried 3 times to reimburse but being abroad it does not work. I grant him a repayment period upon his return to Switzerland. 2 days after his return I asked him about the reimbursement and he replied that "his employee" had just sent the machine! We don't play with customers!!!! When a refund has been agreed then we proceed with the refund. He again dared to recommend that I sell the machine because I had acquired it at a good price! Once again, we are not playing with the customers. Very very disappointed!!!

We bought a used Jura Z6 via Facebook Marketplace. The machine has been running perfectly for half a year. There is a star deduction for the coffee bean residue in the container (could have been cleaned). Otherwise I was very satisfied with the process!
