This ephemeral bar above the restaurant in old Lausanne is a superb place! Magnificent terrace, great atmosphere, good wines and beer and ultimately a great idea! Please note, only open when the weather is nice during the summer period! Without reservations

Very nice service! Cosy atmosphere with a beautiful sunset! Nice cocktails and generous apero food portions.

So I gave 4 for the kitchen since it's not a restaurant but all the dishes offered are good. 4 for the service because you have to pick it up at the bar. And 4 for the atmosphere because I can't give 4.5.

Too pretty, super good mood and often plenty of room! Never eaten there but the Hugo / Spritz are super good :)

A wonderful place below the cathedral to relax. Good selection of drinks and plenty of seating.

This garden is a pretty incredible place in the center of Lausanne. Calm and green space. The cocktails and dishes offered are excellent. Look carefully before you sit down and find chairs, stools hurt the base ;). For my part, the only downside is this fashion of taking your order at the bar (the food is brought to you at the table) and leaving with your glasses, I hate that. The staff is very friendly.

Les Jardins is one of the nicest place in Lausanne to have an aperò. The Garden is very beautiful and well maintained, the atmosphere is great, the location just below the cathedral is amazing, and the view is stunning. Cocktails are good - not the best ones in Lausanne but still good. Planchette and chips are good as well. Prices are on the average considering the location.

Always like to have an afterwork here, in this beautiful garden. :) It is also a fun thing to do during a long weekend, or as a staycation. Lazy in the sun, listening to the cathedral bells.

Great location just below the cathedral with amazing views over the town and sunset. We enjoyed the chicken wings and fondue. Great cocktails, nice beer options, and wine.

Very nice terrace, just below the cathedral, easy to access on foot. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, ideal for a drink with friends or as a couple. In summer, the terrace is in full sun and not all the tables are sheltered, it is better to know this in advance (and take a hat :-)). The staff is generally friendly, the prices ok, it's really the location which is the biggest asset in my opinion.

Branchy and nicely landscaped, the gardens are a great place for a drink on a hot day in Lausanne, if you can find a seat. Be careful not to place your jacket too close to the millimeter-cut groves, this will stress the staff.

I liked the place but the cocktails were a little expensive in plastic glasses and a little quick...

Staff was friendly, the garden is really nice place to sit down in. It has an authentic feeling. Between the bees polenating the flowers, the magnificent view and the aesthetic cocktails, I would definitely recommend it for an afterword.

Amazing place to be and recommended great food

This bar is part of, but not directed connected to, restaurant Le Vieux Lausanne. Its entrance is about 50m away from the restaurant. Check their Instagram for opening hours as it’s subject to weather. The garden is perfect for summer drinks🍹 Finger food available. Le caviar d’aubergine et pain was amazingly delicious.

A magical place to watch the sunset while enjoying a local wine and a tasty truffle mortadella board! Charming garden worthy of a Woody Allen film.

The place is great. What a great idea to have made a terrace. Unfortunately, after having consumed two rounds each, we were asked to leave the terrace as soon as we finished our drinks. Because “it’s not just a place to sit and there are people waiting to get in.” What a pity!
