Dr. Milota was extremely friendly and helpful and treated me well and correctly.

Dr. Markus Milota threw me out of the practice! I recently had my first experience at this practice and unfortunately I have to say that it was extremely disappointing. Despite a slight train delay of just 6 minutes, I was met by Dr. Milota was greeted with an extremely unfriendly tone. Instead of greeting me politely, I was bluntly told that my lateness was unacceptable, especially since it was my first appointment. The entire interaction was extremely strange and unprofessional. Dr. Milota seemed uninterested in my request and made it clear to me that my time obviously wasn't important to him. During the conversation he seemed clearly annoyed by my lateness and was very rude, and I felt really rejected. At the end of the appointment I was told for the third time that I should be on time and that an apology was to be expected. When I tried to explain the situation, I was abruptly refused and asked to leave the office. Dr. Milota tore up the patient's note in front of me and told me that I should find another doctor because he doesn't treat disrespectful people. Given this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice. Such disrespectful treatment of patients is unacceptable and, to me, reflects a lack of understanding of professionalism.

Good pharmacy, good service, they accept orders that other pharmacies refused to do.

I'm horrified like Dr. Milota treated me as a patient. Worst doctor visit of my life. He refused to do an iron blood test and sent me away without further discussing my other concerns. He became extremely rude.

Wow! I was blown off by the service of this clinic! Dr. Markus Milota is a horrible doctor and a horrible person. He can say whatever he wants and would not care how you feel about it. He also seems to know close to nothing, and is only there to send you to another doctor. The receptionists are there for nothing. Never coming back!

This clinic has become a horrible place. Markus Milota is an unprofessional person, who will not just try to make you uncomfortable, but will explicitly tell you whatever he thinks about you. Sometimes I felt like he is inebriated or has mental issues. Here is the literal quote of what he said to me in my last visit: "You are a bad person, you should go away and never come back". Excuse me, what?! It is so unbelievable to hear something of that sort, that I thought I was sleeping. Another thing is that I doubt his medical expertise. I was there two times in fall of 2023 because of two vastly different reasons. Nevertheless, he would always prescribe me a single same thing - some standard anti-inflammatory drug. Well, I guess you can't go wrong with that one... If you ask him something, what you will hear in response is "It is not a matter of discussion, I said so". Again, excuse me what?! I think this person needs to be kept away from any interaction with people, let alone being a doctor or in any kind of sensitive business. In the end, the only useful thing was that he always direct you to some specialist, and those people in other specialized clinics know their job. Other than that, absolutely useless visits here. UPDATE: I am updating this review to show the full picture. As one might read as a response to this and other reviews here, the company plays a game of "we care about our service, please contact us at galenicare blah-blah. This is just a show-off and a lie. They don't care even a bit, would not respond or do anything.

I was on our European vacation and left one of my medication’s at home in the US. The pharmacist graciously found a replacement for my medication. I did prove to her that I was taking this medication and she so graciously filled it with no problems at all.

The pharmacy is great, the employees are very friendly and competent. Unfortunately, the practice is less so: I was actively discouraged from testing certain trace elements in my blood because I was young and healthy anyway. Only after repeated follow-up on my part was it done (not everything I wanted). I actually had deficiencies in these same trace elements. When I went to the pharmacy the next day to get the medication and nutritional supplements, my results were not stored in the system; apparently I should have known them by heart. So I asked the doctor's assistant again. I also reported to her the unprofessional situation with the blood test, whereupon she asked me if I was vegan. She then blamed the defects on this rather than on stopping my pill, even though my blood values ​​had always been great in previous years. I think it's a shame that you are treated so unfriendly and unprofessionally and I will change the practice.

For many years I was a patient in this doctors office. Unfortunately, the quality of my recent visits where really bad. Dr. Milota did not treat me with respect and I felt as if he wanted to get me out of the doctors office as fast as possible. I will never go there again and I’m not recommending this doctors office. However, I think there are some really good doctors there and the staff from the reception is always friendly and helpful.

I received a doctor's appointment at very short notice. The medical assistants and Mr. Milota were extremely friendly and professionally competent, I felt very well looked after.

As a regular customer, I am appalled that you wanted to charge me 5 francs for disposing of expired medicines.

Not bad so far, but the new opening hours are terrible. Only closed until 5 p.m. during the week and on Saturdays! When should I please get my medication?

I always enjoyed coming here. I found the three doctors to be very competent and felt like I was in good hands. It's completely different with Dr. Milota. He hardly takes any time and is extremely unfriendly, and he couldn't help me at all in any technical way. I will now change practice as soon as possible!

I had already been advised against the place, but I still wanted to form my own opinion. The MPAS are super friendly. The doctor Dr. However, Milota is unfriendly and doesn't take you seriously at all. I know exactly the same amount as before the treatment and I have only lost money. Unfortunately I would avoid this place.

Review concerns the Doctors Office To be clear, I visited Apodoc since 2018 whenever I had health issues. The service was always professional and I registered Apodoc as my family doctor with my insurance. However, the current general practitioner, Dr. Milota, is the reason I wont return. This man should not work as a general practitioner. His behaviour is demeaning, aggressive and disrespectful. He does not give professional advise.

Saturday - closed Most days of the week: Open as of 9:00 Closed at 17:00 Is the owner running this business to earn money and serve patients - or is this a hobby for him and for employees ?🙈 And then we are worried that China takes over western economies… Of course, because in Asia this pharmacy would be open from 6:00 till 21:00…

Miss Dr. Brunner was a great doctor. However, now that she is gone and new (questionable) successors have been hired, I would not recommend this practice

I read a lot of dissatisfaction from the reviews. When you're sick, the fly in the ointment is bound to happen. Especially during the difficult Corona period, ApoDoc did its best (it was just a big challenge in terms of organization!!!) The team of doctors and also the pharmacy employees deserve great praise - friendly, sensitive, professional and patiently questioning. We all know it: The healthcare system is currently going to hell! That's why understanding is needed on both sides and working together.

Very bad pharmacy even though you have a prescription etc. They are suspicious and question the doctor's work and want to criticize him. The bad thing is they even call to confirm it and cheekily ask why I got it postponed. Bad employees should be blacklisted

No matter what you have - it's Corona! The staff is apparently completely incompetent. Despite having a 2G certificate, the only thing that is done if you have gastrointestinal flu is a rapid corona test and a PCR test. Of course both came back negative because I recovered. And despite a negative rapid test, a PCR test is carried out. The blood test showed high levels of infection - the reason remained unknown and there was only one painkiller available. The cause is not clarified. Such health cost drivers should finally be removed from the market. My tip: stay away. Addendum: Reminder fees will be charged, even though this is not legally permitted.

My daughter came to this pharmacy after a bad fall with a large abrasion and in quite a state of shock. She wasn't treated, just brushed off. She was only sold disinfectants and bandages in large packaging. I would have liked to know how the pharmacy justified the failure to provide assistance and asked for a statement via email. No reaction. This service didn't even deserve one star.

Mostly friendly staff, things usually go quickly when something happens.... BUT.... 1. Costs are billed that are unnecessary (unnecessary information call from the doctor 2 days after the positive Covid result, despite an SMS from the BAG and all other messages that you receive IMMEDIATELY. That would be standard for them --> money-making . 2. Examinations that do not involve any cost sharing for the patient are billed incorrectly due to Apodoc's lack of knowledge of the law and are only corrected after clarification with the health insurance company and legal protection. 3. If you then complain about an invoice, it says “you will get in touch”. Without your own call, you will never hear anything here again. 4. You have an appointment, over 30 minutes pass, the doctor walks past you several times in a relaxed manner. After 45 minutes, the receptionist asks the doctor whether she has spoken to patient xy yet. Doctor “oh, um no.” Conclusion: Take a longer route in the future and check every outstanding invoice.

Review is for the pharmacy part: I went here to buy a box of 5 selftests for covid. They sold me a box of tests manufactured by Genrui for 30.70CHF When I got home I did some research on the tests I had bought - the same tests cost only 20CHF in coop pharmacy but what was even more concerning to me was that these Genrui tests have been RECALLED in many EU countries (Spain, Ireland etc.) because of major issues with poor quality and false positive results. These tests were even on sale at Aldi & Lidi, but were removed by these retailers too. This cynical profiteering, charging exorbitant amounts for questionable tests is quite sickening. I can only imagine the % mark up. 1 star because the pharmacy assistant was really friendly and nice!

Friendly and competent staff in the pharmacy, but extremely slow service - I had to wait 10 minutes until somebody served me even though there were just 2 more customers in the store. Will avoid the place in the future.

I had 2 very different experiences at ApoDoc with only a few weeks between. Dr. med. Marta Briner was professional, intelligent, responsive, comprehensive in her examination, and happy to discuss possible tests/treatment options. I completed lab work at their in-house center which was quick & very convenient! The office staff was professional and facilities were extremely clean, efficient, & modern. A medical practice, though, is ultimately judged by all of the physicians who work there. Unfortunately, Dr med Briner was off on the day I returned and I had the displeasure of meeting Maija Lopfe. Quite simply, this person should not be practicing medicine any longer. Aside from her halitosis and unfortunate demeanor was a person who lacked any capacity to discuss even the most basic medical topic while simultaneously being rude, condescending, and insulting. Ms Lopfe does a disservice to both ApoDoc and all other physicians in the way she treats patients. In my entire career, I’ve never encountered a worse physician.

Pharmacy With the nicest employees

I entered the practice at 6:10 p.m. with a rapidly increasing asthma attack... The unfriendly receptionist rolled her eyes before I could say anything. And despite a medical emergency, I was turned away because they were already closing time. The practice closes at 7 p.m. Very incompetent and unacceptable. I went on to the Permanance/Med Base at Zurich HB where I was treated immediately without waiting. Oxygen saturation at 94%

You make an appointment for a corona test and no one shows up. Just lousy.....

25 hygiene masks cost you CHF 18.-. If you can explain to me conclusively what circumstances justify such a price for a consumable item that is mandatory during the pandemic, then I will be happy to adjust my review. Until then, I consider this to be usury.

PCR test result not received after 36 hours???

Telephone was never answered. It was said on site that tests would be carried out by no later than 3 p.m. Sometimes until 2 p.m., sometimes only until mid-morning, it is not advisable to just drop by. Different things are described on the website.

Totally inefficient, there are huge queues in front of the pharmacy and nothing seems to be happening inside... They could just as easily not exist.

I can only recommend Corona testing, a quiet atmosphere that calms you down

That was bad! I booked a PCR test online. When I arrived there was chaos outside the entrance. The staff responsible for briefing and administrative processing were demotivated and unprofessional. When I finally arrived 15 minutes late, they suddenly only wanted to do a rapid test instead of a PCR test. Only after consultation with the responsible manager was the PCR test ordered online finally carried out. After all, the lady who carried out the test was very careful and did a really good job (hence 2 stars instead of just 1). Fun fact: I had to enter the data recorded online again by hand into a form on site. This information was not fully passed on to the laboratory and they then had to call me specifically. Conclusion: I'll never go there again.

I recommend Dr. Thomas Toth to work on a construction site because he is not useful as a doctor.

The prices in the pharmacy are an absolute disgrace for a pack of Acetalgin tablets 500mg, you pay 6.70 CHF for 20 pieces. I can usually get this in any pharmacy for under 3 CHF. Also unfriendly and unmotivated service. Never again!

What I really like about this place is the ApoDoc has walk in ability, so you can just register at the desk and wait in the waiting area for the next available time slot. All very nuveu for Switzerland. Of course allows traditional making of appointments as well. Very useful all round and very efficient.

Very nice staff who remain easygoing despite a lot of stress. I was happy to give the tip. Antigen rapid test worked smoothly. The only questionable thing was the online reservation. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. I would like to praise A. Frey very much afterwards and thank her very much for her treatments and for her great understanding. Last fall I had a bicycle accident and was treated emergencyly by the ApoDoc team. My experiences have always been positive. It's true that I usually had to wait despite having an appointment, but that's almost irrelevant when the person I'm talking to is professional and has strong social skills.

Friendly, professional and prompt, competent and multilingual. I was there twice for vaccinations and found the practice full once and rather quiet the other time. If someone asked me, I would recommend the practice to them.

I recently went to the doctor's office and found the visit from A to Z to be friendly, personal and competent. Many thanks to the team!

Unfortunately I have to give a bad rating. My friend had an appointment at the doctor's office and had to go in 3 times for examinations. The doctor wanted to make more appointments, but that wasn't possible for my friend because he works like almost everyone else. At each of these 3 appointments he had to wait from 2 hours to 3 hours and 30 minutes. He was also misdiagnosed and had to have an ultrasound done unnecessarily and had blood taken at every visit. Ultimately, he had to pay a large bill for unnecessary examinations. In addition, since there is Corona at the moment, the entire Apodoc team has shortened working hours and it is very difficult to take all the time off work to make (another) appointment.

All excellent and friendly staff, I booked and made a quick COVID tampon test and had to wait outside 10min for the result.

Worst experience ever. Really funny to see that women have ok experiences there and men absolutely not. So please if you are a man, don't visit ApoDoc.

Courteous, friendly and absolutely professional treatment by ApoDoc (Jürg Müller-Schoop, Eleonora Brunner, Markus Abegg, Maija Loepfe, Yasmin Wildmann and Anita Frey). Fast and patient-centered flow of information. Practice and equipment up to date. TO BE RECOMMENDED ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT ANY REBEL AND WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS!

Very convenient multilingual pharmacy and doctors offices. Very professional, great service. The doctors have a very good manner about them.

I can only strongly advise against going to Dr. Eleonora Brunner to go. During her examination she didn't use clean gloves (I assume) which gave me a rash. However, we got rid of these when I visited again, but I was still charged the full amount for them. Later I was asked by Dr. Brunner called (probably out of a guilty conscience) and asked how I was doing now. She also wanted to charge me full for the calls. The other doctors are very good and competent!

Good doctor's office, but the last three times I had to wait at least 20 minutes even though I had an appointment.

Lack of customer orientation. Complaints about a product purchased there were not taken seriously and were not forwarded. No effort was made to satisfy the customer or show alternatives. I would not recommend the pharmacy.

Spontaneous appointments with the doctor are not possible, even for short matters. When making appointments, I recommend arriving at least 45 minutes later, as these cannot be kept. Underfunded doctor's office with unfriendly staff.

Pharmacy staff and doctor's assistants are very competent and friendly. Unfortunately, I was not able to have this experience with the medical team. During one visit, indiscreet questions were asked about my family background (which had nothing to do with my suffering). Other times the medical advice was cold or even rude. I guess I was unlucky.

Terrible doctor! I was made to feel guilty and told that I was a bad role model because I wanted a medication I was familiar with instead of a herbal alternative (to which I had previously reacted with allergic skin rashes). She then prescribed the wrong medication and also insisted on the herbal alternative. The recipe has not been corrected, instead it has been changed. the pharmacist suggested that I was addicted to medication. Never again. Was treated absolutely questionably and degradingly.

Very helpful and nice doctor and reception, no waiting time. Very satisfied! I went to the gynecologist again and I'm still very satisfied!

Horrible Customer Service. I didn’t realize there is a ticket system and even if I was the only one and went directly to the cashier, they asked me if I was number ... not friendly at all. I went with a stroller and a baby and lots of cables on the floor so difficult to pass.

I really appreciated the short notice appointment and the professional medical advice. The coffee place next door and the in-house pharmacy make this place stand out. In my opinion a best practice in terms of a medical practice catering to an urban audience.
