Dunkin' Donuts in Zürich

HORRIBLE SERVICE THE WOMAN WAS SOOOO DISRESPECTFUL AND ARROGANT I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DD Location EVER. Pls hire people that wanna work there its exhausting to order with staff like that.

The whole area around the ledge is always really “creepy”. Nobody ever cleans there. I wouldn't want to get anything to eat there, yuck. The coffee is really too expensive for that.

Horrible service!!! The staff can barely speak any German and zero English. I had a voucher which they refused to honor but cannot say why. The voucher is valid for all DD locations and within the expiration date. The staff refused to accept it and told me to go to the DD location in the hauptbahnhof. How they can operate with this kind of staff and attitude is beyond me. Never again!

I wanted to redeem two vouchers this morning, both of which are valid until December 10th, 2023 (today is December 5th, 2023). I was told straight away that these were no longer valid, even though it was clearly stated on the back of the receipt. Still, I wanted to buy a box of 6 donuts and told the lady that while she ran to her cell phone and was talking on the phone! She picked up a box and ran to the other side of the shop, still on the phone, while I looked at the receipts again. I was ready to order, but I was ignored. I then decided not to buy donuts and ran away. Very unfortunate.

This was the second time that the store was still closed at 7:15 a.m. According to the home page it opens at 7:00. A pity

The place charges more than 30 centimes more than the normal price, then the employees stupidly insult me ​​as a low earner (the right ones say) when I threatened to go to the police they revealed the truth, said that we are children and that's why. Pay more

Thanks to the damn slow service, I missed my tram and almost missed the second if I hadn't decided not to buy anything. How can it be that it takes 10 minutes for a small order with 2 people in front of me? I like your donuts but I will definitely never buy them again and if I don't want to miss all of your public transport connections, I would advise you not to buy them there again.

Now this is my favourite spot for a sweet moment! The girls have been always so nice to me speaking in English and providing me explanation about coffee and Donuts tastes that I didn't know. Recommended!

The donuts definitely don't compare to those from Miami or New York, but they're still good, but there are better donuts in Zurich. The staff does their job quite well, sometimes they seem more motivated and sometimes less :)

We were there on Sunday evening December 3rd, 2022, around 7:40 p.m., we ordered something to drink. The lady was totally overwhelmed and said something about, “We’re actually already closed.” And brought the cheap Starbucks scam with the big cup even though I didn't say anything about a big drink. It's just cheap to enrich yourself like that.

This is my Go-To for the best donuts. Very nice staff, always happy to help. Also very delicious donuts of course

The donuts here are really good and i even bought a 24-pack for my friends from here. The workers are really nice and they rarely are missing a specific type of donut.

I wanted to buy some donuts for my office team today and the rude lady insisted that I first tell her the quantity I needed because of the packaging before I could choose the donuts. Since it was my first time and probably my last time at Dunkin Donuts, I didn't know the process and asked the lady how I should go about it, then she told me how much I needed and I said again I can choose from the pictures and find 2 of them the green ones 2 from the blue ones and again how much do you need Totally I again I don't know I look at the donuts and then say how many of them I want but unfortunately that didn't work then I took the ice cappuccino that I had already ordered and said the lady I only take the cafe and no donuts. The lady seemed very relieved and didn't even try to get me to take the donuts. The fact is that I then went to a bakery and bought 30 donuts for my team and I didn't have the feeling that they didn't need it.

The service is very unpleasant, despite that the Donuts are delicious

Ordered an iced latte which is okay. However the donut was just TERRIBLE, maybe that's only for me. But comparing it to other countries it just feels like you're eating raw dough somehow. Tables aren't cleaned so i had no option than to sit on a dirty table.

Unfortunately no hygiene. The employee was wearing gloves, but took the money with the same gloves that she then used to grab the donut. Pliers are not used. This means that any germs and viruses from the banknotes are on the donut. It's almost impossible to believe that work is so unhygienic in times of Corona. Unfortunately - the donuts would be great! A related request via the contact form was not answered within a week, so all that remains is the review here.

Make sure not to let the server select the random box for you. They only fill the box with left over unpopular ones. Fillings are too poor inside to even notice the donut is a filled one. Overall donuts taste better in another dunkin shops in Zurich than this one

Never ordering from Dunkin' Donuts or Uber Eats Ch ever again. Ordered a 12er donut box at 18:25 and got charged around 40 chf for no food. Situation: The delivery guy called me mid-order to tell me DD had no donuts. However, neither DD or the delivery guy cancelled the order and the delivery guy hovered with his bike near the apartment, so it showed the order as delivered. Very fishy. Contacting DD and the delivery guy: When I tried to called them both, none of them picked up the phone and the delivery guy cancelled my calls. Worst customer service ever. Contacting Uber Eats Ch 'Support': When I tried to contact Uber Eats Ch Support, I sent at least 20 messages through the mobile app and was never contacted. When I went on the Uber Eats Ch Website, I clicked 'get help' and eventually managed to request a refund. Good thing I paid with PayPal, which has Buyer Protection. I filed a PayPal case after all this. Post-Uber Eats Ch 'Support': Now Uber Eats Ch is saying I can't use their services, because I requested a charge-back via a payment provider, like PayPal. Uber Eats Ch says that if you get any money back, it won't be considered as a refund and that you can't use Uber Eats Ch / Uber Cars, until you pay them around 40 chf for food you never received. So they ban you for complaining that you never got your food and want your money back. Totally fair. They ban you for exercising your consumer rights. Not weird at all! When you do actually get your donuts from here, they're actually really good donuts. I ordered from them once before all this, actually received the donuts and they were great. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible when they've put you in a bad situation so I'm not ordering from this place again.

They serve the classic doughnuts that this firm serves. Fresh and nice, as simple as that!
