McDonald's in Zürich

I recently ordered mccrispy burger. The food was not fresh first of all. I was feeling sick just after having it.

Convenient location and fast despite the presence of many people.

Ordered Mc Tasty = got a mess! When I opened the box all I saw was iceberg lettuce.... Soaking wet in the burger too! Everything slides into the box! The burger cannot be eaten like this and the fries have also been reheated several times. This isn't a McDonald's, it's a “Mc Würg”! Otherwise it's a dirty and smelly hole. Consider reporting to the authorities!

The staff today was very rude. I order a Happy Meal and the lady doesn't give me a straw for my toddler even though I can see that they have it, she lies to me that they don't have one. It's just so difficult here Incredible No more

Crispy Chicken with fries once in a while gives my stomach a treat. The frappes just don’t have the level of yum the milk shakes had.

Lunchtime may be busy, but waiting 55 minutes for cold food has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. Absolute disappointment. Got money back after 10 minutes of discussion.

A great restaurant that offers: tasty, inexpensive and fast fast food. Delicious McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola), and first-class ice cream and coffee ;) Clean bathroom. Open until late. I would happily choose to dine here again ;) I recommend!

Today at 12:31 I picked up my order. The woman who served me wasn't exactly nice. Because I ride with two wheels, I need a bag. I had to ask for the bag 3 times and when I got it without the charge for the drinks. Please don't stress so much or use more people if necessary.

The fries were missing when we ordered. At home I called the restaurant. I would be told I could have the money or the chips with the receipt. Today the employees refused to give anything because the employee in question was not there. We have now received a pack of old fries. Employees are very rude.

Long opening hours but often crowded with long waiting times

Put some security there because there are a lot of kids that believe they are gangsters and just go around annoying and bullying people. Sooner or later some of these kids will be straight knocked out and it can be easily prevented.

I ordered for myself and my children, unfortunately the food was cold and 2 portions of fries were missing from 3 portions. You couldn't call, nobody picked up. Delivery was quick and friendly.

This McDonalds should be closed. Employee incompetence destroys the brand. I ordered a simple burger. After 25 minutes it still didn't come. I had to get on the train and therefore lost all the money. The employees had a mess on the counter. They worked slowly, talked to each other and were inefficient. I will only go to Burgerking in the future.

I always order Sunday with a double caramel topping and I always get very little of the caramel. It's not even a proper portion! And it makes me angry!

We went there last night around midnight and the temperature outside was below zero. The door of the McDonald's kept remaining open because people would stand in front of it, but mostly because some of the screens for the orders are placed right below the sensors that open the doors. So, when people stood there to place their orders, the door kept staying open. Needless to say that it was extremely cold inside the restaurant and those poor workers were freezing. I can't imagine being at their place for the entirety of their shifts. This is not how you take care of your workers!

EDIT: Since this place systematically delivers half the food for full price, I will start a tally list here for every time it happens. So far, checking my Uber refund emails, we are at *14* times: IIIII IIIII IIII If being bad at your job was an olympic discipline, you guys should represent Switzerland :) Can you _please_ double check Uber Eats orders going out are actually complete? Having to request a refund about every third time and not having food loses its charm quickly...

Dear McDonald's team Your online delivery service, on EATS.CH is the last piece of junk. Worst McDonald's in the whole city, always crowded and overwhelmed by orders. Not so much caring and not so much intelligent staff, as always in McDonald's. Not recommending visiting, waste of time, money and nerves.

You can't even go to the toilet at McDonald's anymore and unfortunately not for the first time! Are there only pig dogs in Oerlikon!? Are they saving money on the cleaning lady now? The toilets definitely need to be checked more!

Have ordered here a few times via just eat and the food always came late. This happened again today and that's why I wanted to cancel the order. When I called McDonald's I had an extremely unfriendly employee on the phone who said that that wasn't possible and hung up on me without saying "bye". Luckily just eat was able to help me. Longest waiting times I've ever seen when it comes to fast food.

I've been here about 5 times now, but I do not know why I return for such terrible service and food. The fries are always cold and the service is sooo slow! I was there today for a simple order and I had to wait 15 minutes for a Cheese burger "Royal" and fries. When I entered there were only 5 people waiting. The help and the system they work with are overwhelmed!! McDonald's should revamp what they are doing!!!

I received an incorrect order through Uber Eats. Mcdonalds graciously accepted my complaint and prepared the entire order again. There were a few men at the sales counter who were extremely unfriendly. They slammed the food in the bags onto the counter according to the motto: take it and get lost! Apart from the Tamil branch manager, there is NOT A SINGLE employee who speaks even rudimentary German, really bad!! I wanted to complain about beggars in the locality and had to speak to, say, 4 employees before the Tamil branch manager arrived!!!! The waiting times are enormous here. At first I thought that could be the case. But it was the same the second time, two weeks later. 20-30 minutes for a Big Mac menu is a long time. In addition, the burgers always looked as if they had already fallen down or were not fully cooked yet. For me there are no more visits to this MC.

The Mac in Oerlikon is our regular Mac. We like sitting outside, where we can tie up our dog and watch people pass by while we eat 😉. Today, Sunday August 13th, 2023, I was thrilled with the service from the women at the checkout and the food distribution. Concentrated female power, fast, well organized, well-coordinated teamwork, friendly and simply likeable 👌🏼. A big compliment to the employees and of course the employees in the background 👏🏼.

Even though everyone in my group ordered something, they wanted to throw us out after 45 on the grounds that not everyone ordered something. This is only because some people have already taken care of the tray. Certain employees are very unfriendly.

The McDonalds obviously has a lot of seats, a good atmosphere, to go to the toilet you have to buy something but otherwise it's fine. Prices are expensive but that's normal in Switzerland. You have to expect a waiting time because there are always a lot of people. I had to wait between 10 and 10 Wait 20 minutes

The "Mäc" Oerlikon in Neumarkt, near the Oerlikon train station, is small and narrow and often overcrowded. But in the warm season there are a few outside tables since the Neumarkt was renovated. It is particularly pleasant there on Sundays and public holidays. But that usually doesn't matter because most customers only do take-away. Added to this are the many delivery services that have their own counter, but still keep the kitchen open... So longer waiting times guaranteed!

Long wait for product on the counter not defined by the receipt cold potatoes sauce to taste and not what you ask for tables outside always dirty zero courtesy and you pay 15 francs a piece I don't frequent it but I strongly advise against it never again

Unfortunately there isn't even a straw for the drink. Just a paper cup that you can't even hold properly without it losing its shape. Very disappointing other mc's are much more accommodating to their guests.

The McFlurry with M&M's I ordered had way too many M&M's in it and not enough ice cream. It was more like M&M's with McFlurry than the other way around. I usually order McFlurry with M&M's and whatnot very often, but I was really disappointed in this branch.

After the Post Malon concert we were at Mc's at 12:30. The restaurant was full, probably because of the concert. But the staff was always calm. I can only take my hat off to not being like that at this time

I think you We haven't been able to complete an order correctly yet; there was always something wrong or something was missing. The tables are always dirty and are rarely tidied up or cleaned. For the service, I think it's a shame that they call it a "restaurant". The croutons were missing from my salad today, when I asked the staff about them he didn't even know what they were and the employee behind him simply told him "just keep working" in the sense of ignoring her problem and Need. When I asked again she simply told me “we’re out of croutons.”

They have lot of space to sit as you can go downstairs also to have seat. Some of the people leave their plates and leftover on tables only and staff takes some time to clean it. Cleanliness is not up-to mark. Scope of improvement is there.

Last month I redeemed a voucher for a small cup of cola at this MC. I was lucky to get the cola, but I was disappointed by the behavior of one of the employees. I asked him to get papers next to the cola, but unfortunately he turned me down. I can't understand why the employee didn't offer me the papers.

Taste is quite salty and very small space

We are Americans and this is very authentic. It's exactly like McDonald's is in America when it comes to taste and quality: not that great.... but here in Switzerland the food was slightly better quality than we are used to. The bun on my Big Mac was round and shiny, the meat had little specs of onion, the sauce didn't get all over my hands, and my sandwich didn't fall apart or get squishy. So it was superior to an American Big Mac!! It is McDonald's!!! it's not healthy, it's not good for you, it kind of leaves a heavy feeling in the bottom of your stomach and everything is overly filling and salty. It is why Americans are so unhealthy. Watch the documentary Super Size Me if you want to know all about this restaurant and the nutritional problems it has caused people in my country. There is also a movie about McDonald's and the original chain of restaurants called the Founder. If you want to taste American food, this is fun to try, but it is not good food and it's not supposed to be.

A Mc that is open at great times, since everything is closed here in Switzerland and it doesn't even open on Sunday. If you're hungry, go to MC and it'll be fixed by Sunday. Pleasant call, every time I went it was clean and organized. Very quick service.

The food is good but the toilets are a disaster! There is no toilet paper in both toilets. The hand dryer doesn't even work. One of the two rinses is completely broken!

I recently visited McDonalds in Oerlikon and was disappointed with my experience there. Although the food was okay, I couldn't eat in peace due to the constant harassment from people begging for money. It was really unpleasant and ruined my appetite. I understand that this can be an issue in many public areas, but I think McDonalds should do more to ensure their customers can eat in peace. Overall, my experience at McDonalds Oerlikon was not satisfactory.
