Beautiful Brocken house spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find furniture, electronic devices, cassettes, records and CDs. On the first floor you will find books, clothes, children's toys and furniture. Very neat and well presented. I like coming here.

Great and big second hand store, where one can find good quality goods at a fair price. Staff are friendly.

I was here once years ago, it's still nicely organized and there's no musty smell. This is the most beautiful Brockhaus I know. I'll definitely come back where we live so close now

Big Brocki! Large selection. A real browsing room. Prices are sometimes a bit high. A bit “rumpy” staff but nice.

Brocki definitely seems to be doing too well. Reject furniture that is still in excellent condition and in perfect condition and choose what suits you best from the loaded car. "We don't dispose of any waste" it said - totally inappropriate. Many people would be grateful if they could buy functioning, beautiful furniture cheaply. Thankfully there are still grateful buyers 200 meters away. There won't be a next time.

The Brockenhaus Arche in Zurich Altstetten is worth a visit. The goods are well sorted and beautifully presented. On the other hand, the musty smell typical of Brockenhäuser is missing in the house. Arche Brockenhaus is a social enterprise and employs around 50 people. They also offer part-time jobs and employment for social integration. The things they sell are donations (not purchases).

When will new goods come to the Brockenhaus?

I bring unused, clean things there and walk out with a full bag! 😂😁👍

Beautiful Brocki, exciting treasures. As a 💡 idea: Not so much choice in certain sections, e.g. Floor lamps and could have more vintage and designer objects 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Arche Bistro, the lunch and service was excellent.

There is a good variety of music (CDs and LPs), divided by genre, and all this makes choosing and searching easier. There is a lot of order and the staff is very kind. The prices of the items are good.

Very interesting and special place. Everything there is well organized and the staffs are so helpful and nice. Tho most lovely thing is the slide!

Very unfriendly staff. We wanted to buy a cup and a plate (but the plate wasn't marked on yet) when we asked about the price we were simply told very cheekily to come back tomorrow. Since I don't live nearby and work from morning to evening, I ask if it can be done today because I can't do it tomorrow. Again she cheekily said I should come tomorrow. Then I just wanted the cup (which was written on) and she didn't want to give it to me anymore. Would have been a matter of a minute. It doesn't work at all! :(

Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere to linger and look. Good idea, instead of just throwing things away, give them a second chance. Basically, the range is similar - there are always special finds, which is why it's always worth visiting.

The goods are good but the prices are 3 times as expensive compared to other Brockenhausen e.g. a music CD costs 3chf. (Normally something like this should cost around 50 centimes). The pricing there is incomprehensible to me. Better avoid this store.

I loved this antique shop where you can find many authentic things. I advise.

The Brockenhaus in Zurich!!! Where you can find almost everything, you can browse for hours on 2 spacious floors. Fair prices, well-preserved products from the past and present. Furniture, music & video store, clothes, jewelry and accessories, kitchen & household, crockery & glass, sports & leisure, and large library of bits and bobs :)

There is nothing better than visiting a hangar full of memories on a rainy day. If you are at the Altstetten train station and have time, you can spend time here.

Very pretty Brocki. The slide in the middle of the Brocki makes it very homely. The prices are completely reasonable and there are all sorts of knick-knacks to be found. We recommend!

It is huge and has all kinds of things at the cheapest price, I love second-hand stores and especially with such a variety of things: antiques, musical instruments, tools, electronics, books, clothing and footwear, paintings, crafts...

Ok, not bad, price were not too cheap, nothing to be too excited about. Not much choices on sport equipment and gears.

Good for browsing. Not huge, but quite an extensive selection (not for all items). Prices are generally quite fair for Zurich Broki standards. Friendly gentlemen at the checkout. Cozy vinyl/CD listening corner.

Great Brocki with friendly employees. It's always worth it for finds big and small. The children also enjoy the big slide at the entrance.

So far, despite being expensive (!) one of my favorite brockenhausen. Citizens WITH a medical certificate (who suffer from illnesses such as asthma or similar) are turned away from the store without compromise. The shop owner's statement: "I'm not interested!" Unfortunately, I can no longer go shopping there with grandma.

Doesn't meet the hygiene standards I'm used to. A lot of things are dusty and a lot of clothes are also stained In addition, the prices are quite high for a Brockenstube

Is a very good Brockhaus. Unfortunately sometimes a bit too expensive. But you can talk to the staff and most of the time they will accommodate you. All technical devices are checked. I often shop there.

Very nice and uncomplicated staff. I was looking for a used bike. They spontaneously showed me the bikes in the bike cellar and even pumped up three bikes for me to take on a test ride. Super Service. I'd love to come back.

My husband and I enjoyed supporting the Ark often. We also value your project very much. However, the last time we bought a sofa there, we had a very negative experience for the first time. The sofa we bought was delivered at our request at an additional cost. During delivery, the delivery men pushed the sofa around on the floor in such a way that we had a huge scratch on our freshly laid parquet floor (newly renovated apartment). And that despite the fact that we asked the delivery men several times not to do this. The Arche and the suppliers still deny the mishap to this day. Incomprehensible to us... Well, we now have a beautiful sofa, which unfortunately taught us a lot (and also cost us a lot). Although we like the ark itself. For us it was the last time.

Nice Brocki with a nice record department. Unfortunately, the prices for electronics are far too expensive. Electrical devices are also too expensive. It's a Lenco portable record player from the 60s, defective for hobbyists for 80 Fr. I wouldn't spend 10 Fr for that. But there is still the record department, which is always worth a visit

Nice Brockenhaus with a diverse selection. The prices are quite okay, almost cheap by Zurich standards. However, there are also regularly damaged items or incomplete items on the shelves at exorbitant prices (e.g. a small wooden weight holder without weights for just under 30 francs). During my last visit I particularly noticed various dirty books, one of which even had several pages missing. A little more care would be welcome. The employees are mostly friendly.

I always enjoyed going by regularly, but the last few times the employees were extremely unfriendly and the price/performance was no longer right (at least for the children's items). A pity.

Everyone always goes here for cheap stuff! The technical selection is very good! The trinkets are also cute. The selection of books is also adequate. Clothes selection is not so good! Many Swiss also go to such places, it's not cool at all.

a little place of wonders and surprises! all i can say about wrong labelled prices: hey, it's a brockenhaus! and it's not one of the poshy ones with the intention of being extremely professional and cold, but therefore they're easy going, friendly and yup, also a bit messy though. i can definitely live with it and love being here

Cool record collection. Also has furniture, books, lamps, tools, clothing and shoes and a lot of electrical appliances such as DVD players, music boxes, cameras, all kinds of USB cables, etc. And don't forget: it has a slide!

Very tasty and varied food. You can choose between a meat dish, a vegetarian dish or the weekly hit, which changes every week. A fitness plate can also be put together. The price always includes a menu salad and as much water as you want. And there is also a bread basket. You can sit outside or inside, although you can also eat inside on the first floor. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Price/performance cannot be beaten.

I wanted to buy a pan from them and went to pay. They took the product told me the price is wrong (14.9CHF) doubled the price and asked me if I still want to buy it. Thanks but no thanks.

Great Thriftstore . More like Canival, Circus, Magic moments place. And the LP CD corner is topp notch.... my unequivical recommendation.

A large charity shop on two floors with a bistro inside. Being located in Zürich, it is therefore more expensive than charity shops in other towns.
