Arctic Juice & Cafe in Lausanne

I had a CAPTAIN SCOTT'S BERRY BOMB and the juice was way too watery. We didn't even taste the fruit. Very disappointing!

A place to try with a good choice of drinks and food but extremely out of budget. Too bad, I would go much more often otherwise.

Very poorly received, unwelcoming staff... person who did not seem to belong and did not have the necessary qualities to provide service. 11 CHF for a juice full of seeds and unfiltered is a steal... I had taken this juice to take away, I should have drunk it on the spot and expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff. Brief… Expensive, especially when the service is not up to par…

The good: - food - coffee - comfortable to stay for a bit longer The bad: - music. Why is it so loud? it's nice but this is a coffee shop, not a nightclub. I come often but every time they turn it up I have to leave. Come in the morning when it's chill; the it turns into Coco Bongo Neutral: - service. Nothing outstanding but last time there were 3 members of staff and my food order was forgotten about. They just chat around. One gent ordered a coffee, was not brought to him and he ordered a fresh one. That one was also forgotten about.

Excellent place to enjoy a good coffee next to St François Square. The options for lunch at noon are very rich. Very balanced and fresh food. The seasonal fruit juices are delicious. It is very spacious, illuminated and the seats are very comfortable. Very nice decoration. There are books available to read. Without a doubt a highly recommended place.

Really a shame to pay 9.- for a glass not filled correctly (in front of a witness) with barely any consideration for the customer... I came but I won't come back again... and 2.- for a banana if you want to almost get extorted then go ahead there! I am a customer of Green Gorillaz and I wanted to test the competitor but definitely there is no photo because there they are amazing and do the same business much better!

Very well placed. Starbucks style but much better. Perfect for relaxing for 5 minutes between two appointments.

I received a sandwich with a lot of mayonnaise, although it's not what I asked for!. I just asked for extra avocado and chicken. So whose fault is the delivery person or staff? Maybe you should check before ordering.

Beautiful place that makes you want to go there. The concept is excellent. The normal coffee is very American coffee and not a neat little tearoom coffee (but by the way it is sold as American coffee so for another style of coffee it's better to choose another place) but it tastes good. The music is very loud An echo sensor is missing for the sound because it resonates (juice machines etc make noise +++). The hygiene of the toilets is deplorable. At the time we said that toilet hygiene reflected kitchen hygiene but everything is changing :-(

I’d been coming here for juices regularly, always switching out one ingredient cause of allergies for a carrot (which is not an expensive ingredient). Never had any issues until today. They said they would charge me 20% more on a juice that’s already pricy at 10.- I guess I won’t be coming here anymore. Ridiculous service. The amount of juice remains the same despite the switch.

A great place. I love the variety, the plant-based drinks and the balanced and natural products they offer. High quality dishes, I recommend: Avo salmon ;) And orange juice!

Extremely loud music, but when we asked to turn down the speaker next to our table we were told we "didn't have the right". Not very welcoming in company, perhaps better if you only want to work.

I love this place, everything is great about it.. I am impressed by the quality of food an drinks 10/10..I love that they have a lot of healthy options to choose from...I come here often to work or chill, I never feel guilty because whenever I am hungry, I am sure to find something healthy there...Also, for swiss standards, prices are really affordable

Very warm welcome, nice place, young and friendly team, yes it's expensive but these are the usual prices in downtown Switzerland in our time... At least everything is delicious and fresh. Recommendation; make loyalty cards!

I gave it 2 stars for good coffee and nice staff but my god... This place is filthy. first of all in the middle of the summer there was no AC so it was really stuffy but what shocked me the most was the amount of dead flies and bees on the floor, and I am not talking one or two flies, it was a good 20-30 dead bugs on the floor. There is no way they all just died within a day or 2 or even a week... Seriously when was the last time you guys swept the floor??

Only downside: a little expensive. But the drinks are delicious (and it must be said that for some it almost makes you a meal!) And the cakes too. Calm and pleasant atmosphere.

Staff doesn't understand English , I asked for almond-chocolate cake, but they brings just a plain dark cacao dry pastry . No any traces of nuts ! Will not recommend if you do not speak french.

Horrible experience of the day June 4, 2024 around 5 p.m. for just 2 hot chocolates and a coffee... Correct price 16 chf, service and hot chocolates just pitiful... And all for no reason. I still don't think that the color of my partner's skin destabilized them to this extent. We were polite and patient. We were served, after many minutes.... drop by drop without spoon or napkins, without sugar, obviously no small biscuit or chocolate. Pathetic attempts to draw milk foam... It was laughable. Never again... Obviously...

Quality juices and sandwiches, at a premium price. Service (communication and service time) presents a great opportunity for improvement. Not up to par at the moment

They need better seating, more chairs and sofas. It is not comfortable. The decoration is a little awkward also. Compared to other locations, this one is not as nice.

Since I've been eyeing this window for a long time, I'm delighted to have finally walked through the door. Modern decoration, a few plants (very well maintained, well done), cozy armchairs to relax or even sockets integrated into the tables in the window for workaholics, this place offers you a very pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a drink, a sandwich or even a bowl, whatever the time of day. The menu is vast but clear, with varied and healthy options, both in terms of nutrition and sustainability/eating habits and so on, all at very reasonable prices, with the possibility to consume on site or to take away. Luca, the barista, will offer you his most in-depth advice to serve you the perfect coffee that he has selected for/with you, according to your tastes and desires. Jade will know how to convey her good humor to you through a wide range of absolutely exquisite juices that she will make with such care that it is impossible to guess that she is in fact a new recruit! Cherry on top, the place is bright, with space, the tables are clean and the music is carefully chosen to enhance the atmosphere. It's hard to find anything negative about this establishment. The only downside, since you always need one, would be that the high stools are not the most comfortable for my taste, but this is more than compensated by everything else. A pearl! Go there with your eyes closed.

Great place, really a great discovery. The place is not big but very cozy, calm, relaxing. The juices are excellent and well presented. First visit for me and I can't wait to go back. The place is ideally located.

We entered this place looking for a coffee after a day travelling, when we entered the waitress was on the phone chatting amiably with someone, even though she had clearly seen us standing in front of her waiting and continuing her call undisturbed for a long time. Once the call ended she finally asked us what we wanted, my answer was "an espresso", my boyfriend pointed out the bowls so I stopped to look at them, she, annoyed by this wait of a few seconds, interrupted me with a " donc c'est all? », to avoid it I said yes and gave up the bowl. When paying the bill I realized that it was too high so I asked her why it was so high, and in an incredibly rude way she replied "you asked me for a coffee and an espresso, they are different things", I wish I could imitate the tone of voice because we were really shocked by so much rudeness and rudeness. I'm sorry to have to give such a low review to the place because it was nice, but the experience was really too negative.

One of the best Organic coffee and food places in Lausanne - but on the pricey side.

Extremely nice staff, nice uplifting music, fresh and natural smoothies. They made extra quantity of the smoothie and gave it to us for free... really kind. Much recommended! 😉

The sandwich I had was very good. The ingredients are fresh, there’s nothing to say. Now to justify the price you would also need a service to match. The employees are smiling but lack professionalism. It speaks from one end of the place to the other without consideration for the waiting customer. Why not take advantage of this moment to present the concept, especially since it was the first time I came. When a customer arrives, the goal is to pull themselves together as little as possible. Maybe stop playing around too… In terms of space, why is it so empty? We see a sofa in the back, we don’t know if it’s for the staff. But in this case why display it to the customer? In terms of price, why does a smoked salmon sandwich have the same price as a vegetable sandwich? Very nice concept but the welcome and professionalism need to be reviewed.

A warm team, always smiling and efficient. The juices (10 CHF) and sandwiches (12 CHF) are fresh and good - Gourmet recipes (like the goat cheese, beetroot, honey and walnut wrap) that make you want to try the whole menu!

The girls are very friendly, always attentive, they have always met my expectations and even adapted my orders to my wishes. I always choose the salads, they are excellent, always very fresh. The little spicy sweet potato 🍠 is extraordinary… I recommend this place and am delighted that we can eat there.

I received my order through Uber eat. When I wanted to take the drink, it dropped and everything spilled in the bag because the drink was poorly closed and not closed (hole above the cup) I was unable to contact you because there was no telephone number or e -mail I write to you here. I would like to be reimbursed!! Moreover, by spilling into the bag, the drink submerged the cake! Nice!!

It’s good but still a cappuccino and a juice to take away for 17 chf, ok the juice for 10 chf but the coffee in a cup for 7 chf that’s too much, unjustifiable, sorry!
