Asia Deli in Lausanne

Stopped by for a lunch. Was served by Jen at the Poke bowl station, and the positive experience was only created by her. While there were numerous colleagues around, it seemed that they were not service oriented and didn’t know what they were doing, nor were welcoming. Got a poke bowl and a pulled beef sandwich. Both were good, a bit pricey, but it’s expected if lunching at Globus. Thank you, Jen!

A few months ago I would have still given it 5 ⭐️, the dishes were creative, very careful, visually refined, sometimes sprinkled with small fresh flowers, the chef must have changed. It's an ordinary sushi tray, nothing innovative, nothing refined, poorly cooked rice separating into lots of small pieces when taking the sushi and a very limited selection of choices. This place is no longer worth the detour at all, it's very expensive for really disappointing quality.

Frankly disappointed when you know that I asked for 2 doses of peppers, here are the doses they serve you. For shrimp we cost 4.- to get some and we got 4 shrimp which is a shame. I was a loyal customer but it's over

It was.... It's no more. No choice No card The technical bases for making are not respected (fish cut upside down, nothing is uniform, impossible to make a bite... There is so much rice) In short.... We left quickly to finish our meal elsewhere

Presentation is magnificent, sushi is quite good, but full of salmon bones, ultimately not edible. really a main mistake, for sushi it's basic! Disappointed.👎
