I love this restaurant, especially the octopus dish! also on Wednesdays all pizzas are 16 francs. I have never eaten such delicious pizza even in Italy as in Lausanne in this restaurant.

The calzone has no taste and the pizza was good. But the service was very bad. When we want to pay the machine doesn't work very well and on my friend's phone it says that the money is already transferred. This lady seems super impatient and she has a pretty bad attitude. Well we understand that it was noisy and she was in a hurry but as a customer we feel very unpleasant when we are treated like that. Then she seemed very angry and she kept complaining while we were still there. It's so disrespectful and personally it's unacceptable as a service attitude.

We came on a Friday lunchtime with our 16 month old child. Well, we were disappointed. We ordered two pizzas: Little flavor and a texture that frankly left something to be desired. Although we were indeed provided with a child's chair (and we had to ask for it), there was nothing on the menu provided for them. Fortunately, ours never cries and eats what we give him: at least with the soft texture, he was not at risk of breaking a tooth. The service was OK, without being exceptional, but the setting is superb.

Good food but bad service, we always eat there and we like their pizza, except that so the servers give you a nice table, you need to be a “woman”! Even you reserve in advance. They may give 2 girls a nice table of 4 and you a bad one.

I tried it for the first time and I got food poisoning…. I took the green spaghetti which was bland in terms of taste and when I left in the evening I got food poisoning. I don't think I'll come back. The positive side: the location, presentation of the dishes, friendly servers. But most importantly (the quality of the food does not follow..)

Incredible, with my husband we are regulars and we have introduced this place to several people who each time are surprised by the delicious food, the servers are adorable.. my favorite place in Lausanne. Honestly a pleasure to go there, the whole menu is incredible.

The pizza dough is not great because it is not cooked enough. In addition, if you ask for a carafe of water while eating (we came for dinner and not just for coffee) you pay 3 Fr per glass for tap water. A real steal! And yet the restaurant has everything to do well (terrace etc). Too bad we won't come back anymore (it was good in the past but not anymore).

Delicious restaurant!! The atmosphere is really friendly and relaxed. Be careful, however, not to forget to make a reservation for the evening as the restaurant is often full.

We had lunch here and the food was delicious. Very quick service and nice atmosphere. Can’t complain about anything honestly. Staff were friendly and whilst we didn’t mention we were in a bit of a rush, we were in an out within an hour anyway.

Without a doubt the best Italian restaurant in the city center is Leonardo Lausanne. Welcoming and friendly staff, exquisite food, excellent pizza, fair prices. There were 4 of us and we each took something different to taste everything. Everything was hot and very good. Well done and thank you. We will come back

Quick and efficient welcome. Excellent octopus a la plancha as a starter, the cooking and Mediterranean flavors are there. To follow, the real Neapolitan pizza, a Sapori del sud, with the light and crispy dough as we like it. A great experience for lunch. I will definitely come back

I believe that the stars are among the 2 or 3 Italian restaurants with Portuguese people who don't even know how to say good morning, a Neapolitan evening where only Diego, the manager, was Neapolitan, I believe that something needs to be revised, because for the strategic point and the reputation of Leonardo, it's a shame to have a low score, this restaurant deserves it but it needs to be invested more

Nice restaurant, with a large terrace. The service is good, Italian style and I like everything Italian. Cocktails between 10 and 15chf, and good. We had the pizzas and they could have been better cooked in the middle. Delicious homemade tiramisu. Buon apetito a la prossima!

Waitress from the beginning aggressive, post it reservation put on the table, while we eat. Pressure for us to leave and for them to be able to do a 2nd service, which they never reported to customers! Never again! There is personal service in this profession, don't forget it!

Awful staff, seemed like we were an in inconvenience to them. I had asked for a candle in my 15 year old sisters desert seeing as it was her birthday and i had seen another table had gotten one to which they said yes and then did not bring which was very disappointing. Staff were disrespectful, rude and very unprofessional. Our order had to get taken three times because they kept getting it wrong. I strongly advise people to go elsewhere as there are some very lovely italien restaurants in Lausanne however this one was extremely disappointing.

The prices are not exactly popular but if the food is good you will happily pass it up.

Great place downtown Lausanne and certainly, by far best pizza on lake Geneva. This is true Napoli style pizza with thick crust and generous center part. I recommend you go for the pizza Nduja spicy sausage, it is out of the world ! Only downside, the area is quite popular and the restaurant is often understaffed. It’s best during summertime so you can enjoy the terrasse. Try get a reservation when you go!

The food was excellent. We were a table of 10 and split some tapas, that I really recommand! Because it was Wednesday evening, all the pizzas were for 16chf. Nevertheless, despite the more than 300chf spent in food and in drinks, we were refused to have glass of tap water, because "the pizzas" were less expensive. I think it would be a good commercial improvement to offer water, especially during hot summer. We could not even pay for it, it was just not an option. I saw in the other comments that it's quite recurrent. Also, if you want to share a pizza, you have to pay 5chf more, for the same pizza. It was the first time I saw this. It was also difficult to be understood by the waitress, because she was not fluent in French or English. Despite the negative points written above, we had a great evening and we enjoy the meal.

I asked for a hot goat cheese brochetta and was very surprised to discover that the last slice of cheese, after having turned it over, was in fact the rind of the cheese....disappointing. Staff not very smiling.

Cold and stressful welcome, although we arrived at closing time they accepted us and were very unpleasant. They stressed us out in making our choice by reminding us that overtime was paid by them and that we were a waste of money. You might as well refuse us instead of serving us in this state of mind. It ruined our visit. It's not very professional. However, the pizzas were good.

If we could give a zero point, we would have done so because neither a smile nor a hello without needing to be snatched from their mouth. We had warned that we only had half an hour for a coffee and two sodas but they seemed overwhelmed on the terrace with seven tables for three servers.

I've been working at Flon in Lausanne for a year and I've never tried the restaurant. This evening it's done. I highly recommend it for everyone who likes traditional southern Italian cuisine (Naples), including good pizza and fish and shellfish. The waiters are friendly, smiling and helpful. We were greeted by the boss qzu who quickly found us a table. Thank you for this good cuisine and the welcome.

The food was amazing. The pizza was truly a culinary delight. The menu is not big, but the food is really delicious. However, the place was super crowded, and the tables are so close to each other that you could forget any privacy or personal space comfort. It was moderately expensive, but we've enjoyed it.

Food is good but service is poor!!! I won't go back there. Management must think about training their servers! Especially its waitresses!!! Restaurants can be found everywhere…. Customers look for product quality and above all good service.

Good morning, Last night, I was in this restaurant for a friend's birthday. When the waiter came to take our drink order, it was apparently impossible to get a carafe of water (there were 10 of us and we each ordered a soda or a cocktail) or a glass of water. He was even shocked that we could order water 😂. Maybe his faucet was broken. The food was better so it was okay. A lot of waiting for the dishes 🫤 but at least we were able to chat while waiting. The water arrived in 3 glasses of water… I got up to ask for a little more water, they told me ok but it never arrived. The waiter did not come when we signaled to order a drink. As if it was taboo or forbidden to drink water. Come time to pay and we wanted to pay separately. Always the same waiter was offended that we wanted to pay so he said: "you can't pay in one installment and you twint" so already we don't all have twint and some people paid cash and what's more we didn't know each other all so if you have to wait 1 twint for 1 month no thank you. So we paid separately fortunately. Poor service and customer service but decent food, prices a little high nonetheless for service of this quality. I didn't know it but I won't go back.

Table reserved for 8:45 p.m. online Friday 31.03.23 confirmation received. Arrivals we waited outside in the rain until 9:00 p.m. They tell us they can't find the reservation, we show them the email and they respond that there was a problem without further explanation. Waited until 9:10 p.m. still nothing. We left. These two-course restaurants should be boycotted. They don't care about customers, all that matters is the bottom line. They do like some airlines sell more seats that are available. Avoid if you don't want to find yourself at 9:30 p.m. looking for a restaurant to eat

I came with my mother on a Friday evening, I strongly advise you to make a reservation. Very good food, well-filled plates and good products. A negative point is the waiters, they are not very pleasant, afterward there were a lot of people but I still find that it must be a good time to have and the waitress, in this case, was not one of them.
