I've never given any place one star but yesterday we were extremely unsatisfied. We ordered hamburger menu for our four year old child. We gave our child our kebab teller to eat because the hamburger came undercooked, the red, raw meat was still visible. When we said to the waitress it's raw she just took the plate away and gave us the bill. Nobody came to at least apologize let alone offer something else. It's a child! Nobody cares about food poisoning?! Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed. At this point we just don't have enough trust to come again.

21.08.2020 Früher bestellte ich fast jede Woche bei Aspendos, da es immer super lecker war. Jedoch wurde leider das Essen immer schlechter. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung kam eine Pizza und ne Chicken Nuggets Box (zu viele Pommes, zu wenig Chicken Nuggets, Pommes war auf der Website nicht angeben, Cocktailsauce war leider nicht separat, was alles pampig werden liess!), war leider beides ungeniessbar. Vor dieser Bestellung habe ich mit Freunden 3x Spaghetti Carbonara bestellt, die Lieferung kam sehr verspätet, die Spaghettis wurden wohl nur aufgewärmt, nicht frisch, ohne Sauce dafür seeeeehr viel Reibkäse darüber (vorher war nie Reibkäse dabei), und fast kein Fleisch... Als ich es telefonisch meldete, war das Interesse sehr gering, keine Stellungnahme und keine Entschädigung oder sonstiges. Sehr schade und nicht mehr weiter zu empfehlen. 👎👎👎 Edit 07.02.2021: Und dass Ihr jetzt mehrere Monate gebraucht habt um hier zu antworten sagt ebenfalls viel aus... Und wie oben beschrieben ist Ihr Interesse irgendwie zu handeln gleich null...Kein Interesse, keine Stellungnahme nichts... Falls es immer Frisch zubereitet wird wiso waren denn die Carbonara ohne sauce? Dass ist etwas dass man nicht vergisst Warum waren sie Knusprig wie Spaghetti wird wenn man es erwärmt? Ich war mehrere Jahre zufriedener Kunde bei Ihnen. Leider ging die Qualität nur Berg ab. Jetzt könnt Ihr nicht einmal zu eurem Fehler stehen und bezichtigen mich dass ich lüge. Dies sagt schon alles über euch aus. Zum glück bestelle ich seit dem nie mehr bei Ihnen. Gibt mittlerweile sehr viele gute Lieferanten in der Umgebung Die es auch schaffen die Pommes knusprig zu liefern und nicht so pampig. Leider hat euch dieses verhalten schon mehrere Kunden gekostet.
