The baby is still in its infancy! The service is overwhelmed, the drinks came with the eater which was unfortunately too late! At least the drinks have to be on the table quickly! There is a lack of organization here! The burgers were good but not "best in town", the buns were a bit too dry and the ingredients were unfortunately run of the mill! Ok but for the price it could be more! The fact that sauces are no longer available and that one of the three red wines is no longer available is not possible because, according to the staff, there is a table that drinks a lot of it! Hopefully you can expect that there will be more than one carton of the same red wine in stock! Overall, the baby does not (yet?) meet the high standards stated on the homepage! The potential would be there... but it's not yet clear what the baby should be! Potential, yes, but with a lot of room for improvement, there is better out there at the prices. Either you go for fast food (then prices go down) or the service goes up!

Quiet environment where you can eat excellent burgers

Top Sunday brunch, very fair price-performance ratio. The location is very new and super stylish. Service very relaxed, friendly and fast. We were there for a birthday and everyone put a lot of effort into the decorations, dessert, sparklers, birthday song, etc. I can 100% recommend the baby and am looking forward to the next brunch. The only “suggestion for improvement”: cow’s milk alternative for brunch

Usually we have a great time here but last night we got all you can eat chicken wings. First round was fine. Second round was BBQ even though ordered natural. I bit into it and it was completely raw chicken. I informed the staff and they still charged me full price. They said the chef was just fired and he looked drunk. After vomiting all night from eating un-cooked chicken I am absolutely discussed with this place. Which is a shame because we enjoyed coming every week

The waitress was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on her face 😊 and ready to answer all of our questions. It wasn't just a meal, it was an experience! As for the food, all I can say is that the burgers 🍔 were simply delicious - perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The quality and freshness of the ingredients made them some of the best we have ever tasted. We also found it very modern and future-oriented that the restaurant only accepts cashless payment methods 💳. This made everything even easier and more convenient and is a sign that this restaurant is moving with the times. Overall, we had an excellent time and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates delicious burgers and a great atmosphere. We will definitely come back! 👍👍

The Restaurant Baby has a great location just a 2-minute walk from Winterthur main station, the restaurant is beautifully decorated with a great ambience. The employees are not particularly attentive and the process is very chaotic, which results in extremely long waiting times. Several times the serving staff wanted to serve us food and drinks from another table. Unfortunately, the burger offered in this restaurant is just average. There's nothing really special to discover here, which is a bit disappointing. In addition, the restaurant's prices are comparatively high (a side dish of fries including a ready-made sauce 9.-). In summary, one can say that the Baby restaurant offers a nice ambience, but unfortunately the overall impression is spoiled by the poor service and the long waiting times. The burger is average and the prices are on the high side. That's why I give the restaurant three stars.

Food and drink was excellent. Service very friendly. Drinks came after the food was already there. At times the atmosphere was a bit dark... but a very harmonious concept and - hurray - great cutlery! Keep it up!

The burgers were okay, but there were some disappointing aspects that I can't ignore. First of all, the waiting times were disproportionately long. I had to wait an hour and a half for my burger even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. It's understandable that fresh burgers take time, but such a long wait is unreasonable. Another point that disappointed me was the value for money. In my opinion, the prices at Baby Burger are too high compared to the quality of the food on offer. I would have expected the quality of the burgers to justify the price, but unfortunately that wasn't the case in my opinion. Overall, my experience at Baby Burger in Winterthur was average. However, the long waiting times and the inadequate price-performance ratio left a negative impression.

Very nicely decorated, cozy, very friendly service staff. Something went wrong when ordering and a burger wasn't served. Instead we had sweet potatoes, which we hadn't ordered. We were allowed to keep it without paying for it, as compensation. The burger came later too. The burgers are fine according to our taste. It was tasty, yes, but not wow/awesome. The side dishes and sauces just like that. Price, yes, they are standard prices, but side dishes could be a bit cheaper.

The burger was OK. Not overly big but tasty! Fries very small and at 9 CHF too expensive for frozen, fried fries. Unfortunately service was incompetent. Didn't even know the beers and felt like he brought the wrong food to everyone at the table. But it was then corrected. It's not high-end, but it's better than a big chain.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at the Baby in Winterthur restaurant and I have to say it was an amazing experience. First of all, the atmosphere of the restaurant was just beautiful. The lighting was dim with great deep house music, creating a perfect mood for dinner for four. The decor was stylish and not too much. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always there when we needed them, but they were also discreet enough to give us enough privacy. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to help us choose the perfect burgers. Now for the food - it was simply amazing. Each of the burgers was a work of art and a taste experience. Burgers on a whole other level. The food was not only beautiful to look at, but also incredibly tasty. Overall, our evening in the “Baby” restaurant was an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for the best burger that is both visually appealing and delicious then I can fully recommend this restaurant. see you soon

Ambience great, unfortunately maybe the chef had a worse day. Onion ring almost burnt and hard, curly fries too salty, citizen was good, great roll, unfortunately the meat was on the stove too long and therefore not juicy.

Very nice service. Enjoy your meal. Would recommend getting the crispy bun. The one I had at the New Yorker was too soft for me personally. But that's a matter of taste. We will be back!

The burger and curly fries are definitely tasty and good quality. However, the price is clearly too high. Everything costs extra, including the sauces, which I don't think is fair. A side dish was brought to the table incorrectly. The friendly lady pointed this out and said that she would correct this immediately and we would receive the correct sweet potato fries. About 5 minutes later a man (presumably the owner) came and asked very abruptly which order was wrong and took the wedges away without comment. This company would rather throw away an incorrectly delivered portion instead of us being able to enjoy it “for free”. When the burger was already eaten, the real sweet potao fries finally arrived. This even gave me a half-hearted apology. When paying (only with card) we wanted to pay separately and were cheekily informed that we could transfer the money to each other using Twint. Unfortunately the service does not match the price and we will not be coming back.

Were there shortly after the opening. The burgers are very tasty, definitely the best in Winti. Processes and ambience are not yet 5* due to the recent opening, but that will come. Will be happy to come back.

I really liked Baby Burger & Beer. For me, as a vegetarian, there was still a large selection of finger foods, salads and burgers (you can also put together whatever you like). Frühstücken im Gottlieber ist der perfekte Start in den Tag. Service war top,Lokal sehr einladend &gemütlich eingerichtet. Hüppen zum Kaffe waren sehr lecker, uns wurden sogar noch einige Sorten zum probieren geschenk! Kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Café mit kleinem integriertem Shop. Produkte sind eher teuer, aber sehr fein. Service war freundlich, könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein

Ich ging endlich wieder Mal nach dieser Lockdown-Phase mit meiner Freundin für einen Kaffe vorbei. Das Lokal ist wirklich sehr herzig und auch das Angebot vielfältig. Man kann auch draussen gemütlich etwas bestellen. Wieder einmal war die Bedienung nicht all zu freundlich und unmotiviert. Wir fragten nach der Karte und die Bedienung wies uns recht forsch darauf hin, dass aktuell aufgrund Covid keine zur Verfügung steht. Ich fragte Sie nach den Getränken und sie antwortete nur, es gibt keine Getränke auf der Karte. Jedoch brachte sie uns Kurz darauf eine zweiseitig laminierte Karte. Von wegen es sind keine Karten vorhanden. Auch das Bestellte legte sie uns einfach frech auf dem Tisch. Die Scones sowie der frisch hausgemachte Eistee waren sehr lecker.

Die Produkte sind gut. Leider kann man nicht zwei Waffeln bestellen, die gleichzeitig kommen. Wie geht der Betrieb damit um, wenn alle Gäste diese bestellen?Heute war die Organisation des Service mangelhaft. Jemand, der den ersten Tag gearbeitet hat, wurde kaum von den anderen unterstützt. Da es sonnig war, gab es auch Gäste draussen. Das Arbeitstempo wurde im Allgemeinen nicht an das Wetter angepasst. Der Tisch neben uns wurde die ganze Stunde nicht aufgeräumt. Und der unpassende Kommentar einer erfahreneren Kollegin hat auch nicht geholfen: "Sie können selbst gerne einmal bei uns schnuppern."

In der Hoffnung, dass es künftig mehr Platz geben wird, haben wir uns auf die Eröffnung nach dem Umbau gefreut. Leider wird der vergrösserte Raum verschenkt. Der meiste durch den Umbau gewonnene Platz wird von Verkaufszubehör-Tischen, also mit Tee oder anderem besetzt. An einer Wand ist so eine Sitzwand installiert, wo man nur mühsam im Schneidersitz, unter Gelenkschmerzen, irgendwie auf Quadern sitzen muss. Die Schuhe sind so quasi auf der Essensfläche. Dann hat es einen Riesen-Tisch, wo man keine Privatsphäre geniessen kann. Die Anzahl 2er Tische ist geringer als vorher. Fazit, es hat immer noch zu wenig Platz, so dass man wegen Platzmangels ein Lokal weiter gehen muss. Ich frage mich wie die grössere Fläche und die wohl damit höhere Miete herausgeholt wird? Oder ist das Cafe gar nicht auf seine Gäste angewiesen? Finanziert sich das Lokal mit dem Verkauf von Artikeln, wie Tee oder Schokolade?

Vor der Neueröffnung waren wir sehr oft am Sonntag zu Gast im Gottlieber und auch immer wieder völlig zu frieden mit dem Service und dem Angebot. Um so grösser war unsere Vorfreude auf den Wiederbesuch nach dem Umbau, doch als wir heute 2 Tage nach der Neueröffnung erneut dachten, einen Abstecher im Gottlieber zu machen wurden wir bitter enttäuscht, da das komplette süsse Angebot vergriffen war.Sowas darf aus meiner Sicht nicht passieren, erst recht nicht unmittelbar nach einer Wiedereröffnung, ich bin der Meinung man sollte immer etwas vom Angebot auf Reserve haben, auch wenn man am ende eines Tages evtl ein teil dann entsorgen muss.Ich hoffe Sie kriegen das für die Zukunft in den Griff.

Vorneweg die produkte sind lecker. Leider sind die wartezeiten aber nach wie vor zu lang. Bestellungen werden nicht der reihe nach abgearbeitet sondern es wird scheinbar random ausgeteilt. Leider sind auch immer wieder produkte nicht erhältlich, einmal gibts keine waffeln und einmal ist es das vanille glace leer. Ich bin zwar kein gastronom aber ich denke einen tag nach der neu eröffnung sollte es schon möglich sein, alle produkte auf der karte an lager zu haben.

Leckere Süssigkeiten, vor allem natürlich die Gottlieber Hüppen. Sehr guter Kaffee in verschiedensten Grössen und Gescmacksrichtungen.Total freundliche Bedienung!

Service was bad. We were waiting for more than half an hour for a waffle. Afterwards they even served the wrong waffle. Also their highly advertised "praline" chocolate sauce is nothing special at all. Would not recommend this place.

Wie sehr ich "euch Schweizer" um DIESES Getränk beneide glaubt mir wahrscheinlich auch niemand. Es ist SO unfassbar lecker das ich mir wünsche das es auch hier in Deutschland endlich er- und bekannt wird. Hier im wunderbar gemütlichen Gottlieber waren wir im Urlaub mehrfach zu Gast. Wir hatten tolles Frühstück (allein das Warme Porridge wäre schon jeden Besuch wert), sehr leckeres Essen zum Mittag (Quiche und Flammkuchen) und hervorragende Süßspeisen. Mein Highlight dabei war die extrem fluffige Waffel mit Zimtzucker, Schlagrahm und Vanilleglace. Meine Mutter schwärmt noch immer vom Warmen Felchlin Schoggicake und mein Vater vom Apfelstrudel. Ich persönlich trinke keinen Kaffee, laut meiner Eltern war der aber spitzenmäßig. Vom Geschmack und von der Röstung her. Ich selbst war mit meiner heißen Ovolmaltine öfter mehr als überglücklich. Übrigens auch einmal mit einer kalten ;)Der Service war super freundlich und schnell, die Preise total in Ordnung.Das war jedenfalls eines der schönsten Cafés die wir im Urlaub aufsuchten und es wird uns lange positiv im Gedächtnis bleiben.Klare Empfehlung und von Herzen gern die volle Punktzahl.Grüße aus mittlerweile wieder Deutschland und bis bald!

Sonntagnachmittag, Garten gut besetzt, Innenrestaurant leer. Getränke sehr gut, Bedienung freundlich. ABER: wir mussten über 20 Minuten warten auf die Bedienung. Dann mindestens 10 weitere Minuten, bis erstes Getränk serviert wurde. Alle weiteren Getränke wurden im Einzelsprung serviert.

Letzte Woche waren meine Kollegin und ich spontan vorbeikommen. Das Lokal ist sehr schick eingerichtet. Bei der Benennung des Angebot auf der Menü-Karte hat sich die Marketingabteilung etwas einfallen lassen. Besonders aufgefallen ist mir der „Süchtigmacher“.(siehe Foto) Sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine kleine feine Menükarte über Mittag, freundliches Personal in hübscher Umgebung ob drinnen oder draussen auf der Terrasse. Schokolade und Kaffee in gewohnter Gottlieber-Qualität versüssen einem den Tag oder die Rückkehr ins Büro...

Ein Besuch in Winterthur ohne Hausschoki im Gottlieber? Mit einem leckeren Stück Kuchen aus der kleinen, feinen Auswahl? Undenkbar. Gemütlich , lecker , guter Service , feine Geschenkli zum mitnehmen (Hüppen und Co)und eine tolle, einladende Lounge vor der Tür mit Blick auf das Winterthurer Bahnhofstreiben- für mich perfektes Caféhausfeeling.

Das Café sowie das Angebot ist sehr überzeugend. Die Bedienung dagegen ist leider sehr unfreundlich und das bestellte Frühstück hat sehr lange auf sich warten lassen. Das Essen war gut, aber nicht besser als in anderen Cafés, insbesondere wenn man den Preis und die kleinen Portionen berücksichtigt. Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich nicht überein.

Gottlieber Sweets and Coffee befindet sich an der Fassade eines Einkaufszentrums und fehlt daher ein wenig an Charme. Kaffee ist gut und sie servieren sehr schöne Süßigkeiten.

Schon vor dem Eingang laden die mit Pelzen ausgestattenen Lounges zum Verweilen ein. Auch das Ambiente im Café ist stilvoll und gemütlich. Die Auswahl an Torten vielfältig und die Milch im Kaffee richtig aufgeschäumt, nicht das Automatenzeugs. Ein Genuss. Und wer nicht genug hat, kann sich an der Theke noch ein schönes Gottlieber-Hüppengeschenk kaufen.

Sehr schönes Cafe, gute Möglichkeit für ein Frühstück, schöne Auswahl. Sehr nettes Personal, freundliche und effiziente Bedienung, man kann sich auch durchaus Zeit lassen und denn Aufenthalt genießen.

Eigentlich mochte ich das Gottlieber Caf, aber in letzter Zeit - sagen wir seit Anfang 2017 - haben sich meine Erfahrungen verschlechtert. . . und schlimmer. . .Ja, sie haben tolle Kuchen und Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato, und ich mag auch die Suppe (n), die täglich variieren.Die Servicequalität ist jedoch gesunken! Oder ist es der neue "Standard", der 30 Minuten warten muss, bis ein Gast endlich bestellen kann? ? ? Ganz zu schweigen von den 2 Mal, die ich tatsächlich für die Kellnerin anrief, und einmal ging ich direkt in die Bar, während dieser Zeit. . .Dies ist nur ein Vorfall. Aber ich wurde auch bei anderen Gelegenheiten ignoriert, wo ich durch das ganze Café "schreien" musste, um bedient zu werden (kein Wunder, dass ich dem Personal nie irgendwelche Trinkgelder hinterlasse) oder vor einem leeren Glas oder Kaffeetasse, aber keiner der Kellner hätte sich die Mühe gemacht, nachzufragen, ob ich etwas anderes wollte - alles andere als aufmerksam und proaktiv!Inzwischen habe ich andere Favoriten, wo ich eine entspannende Tasse Kaffee oder Tee trinke, wo der Service viel netter und viel aufmerksamer ist.

Die hübsche Einrichtung mit bequemen Sofas lädt zum geniessen ein. Tolles Frühstück, serviert auf der Etagère und einfach der beste Cappuccino der Stadt. Cool, dass ich hier auch gleich ein Geschenk im Shop kaufen konnte. Es gibt Hüppen, Cacaomandeln, Tartufi, Tee und einen super Brotaufstrich namens Morgensünde. :-) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Ich suchte nach einem schönen Platz, um einen Kaffee zu trinken, während man wartete, und arbeiten für einige Stunden. Zum Glück habe ich Gottlieber entschieden - es hat sehr lecker Kaffee, Kuchen, Tee und am Sonntag können Sie live Musik. Ganz davon zu schweigen, dass alle sehr nett.es hat mir wirklich gut gefallen: )

Gern gehen wir am WE zum Nachmittagstee. Es ist eine angenehme Atmosphäre, tolle Auswahl. Der Service ist auch hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel links ein leckeres Licht Wande Rolle in meinem Zimmer. Es gab eine Quest Sie finden und dies war der richtige Ort. Wir waren dort als die Coffee Shop war geschlossen, aber sie ließen uns in der Süßigkeitenladen und waren sehr liebenswürdig, warfen viele Proben in die Tasche mit unsere Einkäufe.

Ausserdem sind die Teesorten wie auch Kaffee- & Schokoladengetränke sehr erlesen; für mich gibt es hier einen der besten Cappucino in der ganzen Stadt. Hervorzuheben ist für Allergiker, dass die Suppen ohne Mehl gebunden und wirklich frisch zubereitet werden. Die Bedienung ist in der Regel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Café ist innen wie aussen sehr klein. Über die Mittagszeit empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung.

Ein gemütliches Café direkt beim Hauptbahnhof in einer Gegend, die zurzeit städtebaulich aufgewertet wird. Schöne Auswahl an Snacks und Süssigkeiten (darunter natürlich die bekannten Hüppen), feine Getränke, angegliederter Shop mit den hauseigenen Produkten. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Sehr feiner Tee und frisch. Jedoch ewige Wartezeit auf Bedienung im Garten, obwohl genügend Personal vorhanden war. Sehr schönes Ambiente und gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof

Nettes Café mit Verkaufsbereich für die bekannten Hüppen. Tolle Produkte, man kriegt auch Getränke, die nicht alltäglich sind und man nur selten bekommt: z.B. Rhabarber Schorle. Auch die Kaffee Qualität ist sehr gut. Nette Mitarbeterinnen mit schnellem Service.

Schönes Ambiente, nette Mitarbeiter, Auswahl an Snacks und Süssem.... Sehr zu empfehlen! Zudem ist die Lage direkt am Bahnhof praktisch...

Gemütliches Kaffee mit origineller Einrichtung gleich beim Bahnhof. Die Bedienung ist äusserst freundlich, der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend. Mindestens eine Gottlieber Hüppe zum Kaffe ist Pflicht.

Die Bedienung ist sehr zuvorkommend, sehr Hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Das Bier ist günstig :-), jedoch beim einschencken hapert es noch einwenig.

Apérobuffet vom feinsten und vor allem genug. Liebevoll garniert und serviert. Sehr aufmerksames und doch nicht aufdringliches Personal, wobei auch die Chefin Hand anlegte.

Gleich auf der anderen Seite der Bahngleise vom Zentrum von Winterthur, ist dieses Café und Confiserie lohnt sich die 5 Minuten in der "falschen" Richtung. Dies ist der größte Ort der klassischen Huppen (wafer Röhren mit verschiedenen Schokolade Creme gefüllt), sowie leckere Suppen, Salate und andere Kuchen. Dies wird immer regelmäßig für mich immer an, wenn ich nach Winterthur. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und mit einem riesigen übergroße Samt Sitzgruppe gegen eine Wand und ein Waschbecken in einem Sessel. Der Service ist freundlich und gut. Ich heiße Schokolade hätte mehr "chocolatey" wie ich nicht den Geschmack von heiße Milch nicht mögen, aber das ist eine persönliche Sache ist und nicht ein Rückblick auf das Hotel.Alles in allem, ein sehr gutes Café.

Gut gelegenes Café mit WLAN-Anschluss, optimal zum Arbeiten. Freundliches Personal, angenehme Grösse des Lokals. Zudem können schöne "Mitbringsel" gekauft warden.... :-)
