Pastries are industrial and expensive. 2.80chf for pain au chocolat... The breads aren't really any better, they're already hard the next day. Response to your message: So maybe your pastries are homemade but there were 6 of us and we all had the same opinion. The pastries did not seem fresh and did not have the right buttery taste. Certainly we have no experience in the profession but as customers and lovers of good bread we honestly say what we thought. Everyone is free to form their own opinion.

I ordered a “Black Forest” Christmas log for 10 people and we all found it delicious. Indeed, the cream is light, the sponge cake has a good chocolate taste and there was raspberry instead of cherries... surprising but excellent! Apart from that, I like this bakery, among other things, for its ham mousse sandwiches and the little bags of crok'télé! Finally, the welcome at Gland is excellent. THANKS!

Good bakery and pastry shop, sale of sweets. Courteous welcome. You can also sit there quietly to drink a coffee (automatic machine) and read the newspaper. The hot chocolate is real chocolate but I haven't tasted it yet.

One of the best pain-au-chocolat. Not to miss croissant aux amandes et rhum and the hot chocolate drink! Giving only 4 stars because of the tea room and the coffee (they give you a capsule to put in the machine!).
