Nice guesthouse.🤩👌 We were allowed to stay for two nights because we were hired for an LED dance show in the surrounding area. Absolutely recommended and is very close to Lausanne.

I booked using a well known Booking website as the hotel is on my route to Italy - what a lucky move. I was met be the Chef, Nicolas, who welcomed me and settled me in with a locally brewed beer that was much needed after 8 hours on a motorbike. The room is comfortable and has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Perfect for my requirements, clean, spacious and quiet. The restaurant is where L’Auberge shines. I left my food selection to the chef and again this was a great move. Foie gras to start was delicately prepared, flavoursome and delicious. For my main they served Duck with a selection of seasonal vegetables. Again delicious. Nicolas is a talented chef, lots of technique on display, great ingredients and care clearly taken with every dish. Crème Brûlée finished a super meal with the support of friendly attentive staff. I can throughly recommend this place for a stay. Arrive hungry and leave satisfied. A fantastic find.

Das Personal ist bei speziellen Essgewohnheiten sehr verständnisvoll und setzt sich stark dafür ein, das Beste zu bieten. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir verbrachten zwei Tage in der Auberge. Das junge Wirtepaar betreute uns unaufdringlich aber stets aufmerksam. Das Standardzimmer ist klein aber modern und sauber. Das Essen war sehr fein, die Portionen grosszügig und alles war immer sehr hübsch angerichtet. Das Haus ist modern renoviert sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert.

Nous sommes allés dans cet établissement entre amis pour la première fois, on nous l’avait conseillé. Jolie salle moderne bien décorée.N'aimant pas trop la viande, j'ai pris les garnitures de chasse que le restaurant propose sur sa carte saisonnière. Franchement, c'est presqu'une honte ce qu’on nous sert !La qualité n’est pas vraiment au rendez-vous, une sorte de purée rouge foncée, farineuse qui est censé être du chou rouge. Le brocoli inexistant, juste trois FEUILLES en garniture, trois marrons, une minuscule poire et une petite pomme aux airelles. L’assiette tapissée de sortes de gouttes indéfinissables ainsi que deux petits morceaux de champignons assez durs à la dégustation. Et au beau milieu de cette décoration, un petit bol de Spätzlis pas réellement très bons, en plus trop salés. Inutile de préciser qu’à la fin de cette dégustation, je n’étais pas rassasié et je me suis donc, malgré tout, laissé tenter par un dessert qui était que très moyen. Une crème brûlée, « brulée » à l’avance, donc froide du frigo avec un léger arrière goût…Suis-je juste mal tombé ? Cependant les convives n’étaient guère plus enchantés. On y retournera plus !

Solène ( l'épouse du chef) et son équipe sont toujours à l'écoute ,sympathique et efficace! L'accent du sud de la patronne et en phase avec la belle terrasse et de ses arbres ,mais il donne également du soleil et de la joie au service ,distribué généreusement ,au service de cette belle et bonne cuisine,pour notre plaisir ! La cuisine de Nicolas Lemasson est élaborée ,jamais bâclée, à la recherche de fusions simples mais efficace,dans un esprit de cuisine "maison" ,"grand mère" dans le bon sens du terme!
