Very nice cozy place in the center of Saint-Prex. Beautiful veranda. Very friendly and attentive staff. Small menu but quality cuisine. Possibility of parking on the side of the restaurant.

We gave the new tenants who have taken over the Auberge de l'Union at the beginning of this year a second chance to convince them because they won a competition with the Henniez company. After we were disappointed the first time, things weren't any better the second time. The meat was dry and tough and any housewife could have prepared the fish better. In addition, the supplements were missing both times. We will no longer visit this restaurant, which is in the village where we live, and cannot recommend it.

Yesterday was the first time we went there since the new team was in place. Very friendly service. Very good hunting. Nothing wrong with what's on the plate. Small downside: no children's dish/menu on the menu and nothing was offered to us, upon seeing the child. Very unfortunate, because many families were present that day. The restaurant was full and the waiter quickly made us understand which dishes to choose from to limit the wait, even though we were among the first to arrive (which was confirmed as the restaurant filled up). : it does not follow (a priori both in the kitchen to take out the dishes and in the room service (complicated to have additional drinks, dessert menu or simply to pay). We will go back (without our child) to see if it was a "non" day for the service or if it is a fundamental problem and to see if the perch fillets are as good as with the old team .
