I can't go to lenzerheide without stopping in aurora, great place and such lovely people Everything perfect from the sweet cakes to the food Recommend to everyone

After a long hike we fortified ourselves in Cafe Aurora. Top Capuns and Rösti. The best thing was the espresso at the end. Can only be recommended as a coffee lover. Best espresso in Lenzerheide :)

Despite the bad weather at lunchtime, we (two people with a dog) were warmly welcomed and shown straight to a table when the restaurant was full. Nicole served us very courteously, competently and with a lot of humor. The pear and ginger ravioli are highly recommended. We will visit you again on our next stay.

Vegetarian Rösti (21 CHF) were tasty (not swimming in fat) and inexpensive. California salad a bit expensive in comparison (24 CHF) but very tasty, especially the salad dressing tasted good (not so heavy, creamy). If anyone likes Schlossberg balls, definitely buy them here :) They're awesome (either with dark or milk chocolate). They are endlessly fattening, sweet, but horny :-D Service is friendly and efficient.

The four of us women walked in to eat with them after the winter hike on January 24th, 2024. The barley soup & sausage salad were perfectly fresh and crunchy. Great view where the coffee tastes even better. Would love to come again. Kind regards from the Zurich Oberland Daniela Staub

Very tasty snacks, a great breakfast, which can be expanded with an à la carte selection! Very nice service and dogs are allowed in the restaurant! Be sure to try the castle balls. They also have their own chocolate cream! Definitely try it!!!!

Wanted to eat inside, the Aurora apparently doesn't rely on its regular customers. Today it had an usher. There were still a lot of free tables and the usher wanted to direct us to the farthest corner. Completely squeezed between 2 other full tables. We asked if we could sit somewhere else because it was so tight and there were still so many free tables. Answer: no, that doesn't work. We moved on to Senta, where we were greeted so nicely.

Dear Aurora team, Despite a "full shop" we were served very friendly, courteously and quickly (by Kolibri). The boss also helped out wherever a hand was missing. The “new” Aurora is just great! I always wanted a café like this in Lenzerheide. Very customer oriented! Good ambience and all the fine food and delicacies.

Waited over half an hour for the daily menu, the meat was cold and dried out, the side dish didn't look like it was freshly made, only the vegetables were okay. The prices are okay for a "warm" meal. Coffee was offered afterwards and a friendly apology was made, but still, my first visit will probably be my last.

Great central location in Lenzerheide with a nice selection of homemade tarts, cakes, sandwiches and the best cream slices in the region. Nice sourdough bread selection. In the shop they also sell local wine, fondue, cheese and ham.

By chance at lunch. Many people. Good help from the boss in choosing a seat. Some children in the play area. Lunch menu with soup came quickly and was warm and sufficient. Service friendly. Prices are moderate, although Lenzerheide is generally not “cheap”.

We were able to welcome the Bergcafé Aurora team as caterers for a breakfast/brunch for a wedding party. The day before, a picture of the situation on site was taken on our own initiative. On the day of the event, the team arrived early and prepared a sensational buffet that left nothing to be desired; neither for the palate nor for the eye. This even under difficult circumstances due to the inaccessibility of our location. The independence and initiative relieved us enormously and the courteous service mentality was not only satisfactory, but inspiring! So much so that I set out to write a review, which means something to me. Absolute recommendation if someone in the region is looking for a partner for a similar venture.

We arrived shortly before the store closed. Despite it being close to the end of the day, we were served very warmly, attentively and cheerfully. You can feel the good working atmosphere. It is also transmitted to the guests. You feel welcome from the first minute. The cherry cake lives up to its name! Well soaked and yet the Japonais is still crispy. A pleasure! The Schlossberg balls are unique. A successful balance of crispy and creamy. A treat for all chocolate and praline enthusiasts. We enjoyed the braid at home the next morning. Splendid! Here everything is really “handcrafted” with precision and love. It's great that it's back in Lenzerheide. Thank you

Ambiance... well, but the coffee was good, pastries too and the employees were in the mood to joke. Great stop for little cravings. But it was also well attended at lunchtime. Seems to be popular with local workers

Hello, I've been going to Lenzerheide 3 times a year for 30 years and every time I visit the Kaffee Aurora. This time I was surprised by the new owner 🤔 but I was happy that the old staff is still there 👍 the prices have risen though the quality is still dopp 👏 A ❤ greeting to the staff

We were very surprised that we had to serve our cake ourselves. With kids and cones and winter clothes…. You can come to a cafeteria to relax, especially today in this cold weather. This means: Select the cake at the entrance/counter, pay and bring it to a free seat. Ok, the Black Forest cake was phenomenal!

The products are good, the service too, and the prices are generally fair. What I can't understand The Aurora breakfast costs CHF 18.00. This includes pastries, jam, honey and butter. That's it. Everything else costs extra (eggs, cheese, cold cuts, drinks). This is far too much and out of proportion. Breakfast with 1 roll, 1 croissant, jam, butter and a breakfast drink costs CHF 9.80.

Very expensive! 2 hot chocolates cost Fr.11.90. The chocolate was very hot. People burned their fingers on the glass. A cup with a handle would definitely be a better choice. There was also no saucer where you could place the spoon on it after stirring. The waitress definitely missed her job. Yes, it was full. But anyone who works so mindlessly runs a lot and achieves little.

Lenzerheide is a beautiful place We only had a coffee at Café Aurora.

It is very expensive. 4.60 for a small piece of apple pie, and nut cake is outrageous. But what made it even worse was the coffee for 8.50 which only comes with one cup. not only easily enough for two cups, when we asked if we could have an extra cup for the coffee for 8.50 the lady said yes but then charged us 9.25. The drinks are definitely very expensive. I will not return to this cramped place again.

Bought a Ticino bread yesterday afternoon (price over CHF 4.--). The bread was hard and dry - from the day before.

Unfortunately very disappointing, the chicken on the Caribbean plate was not cooked through, the pear and the lettuce leaves were already brown... The rest of the salad wasn't great either. Corn was completely floury. Already the second failure in a row. It's a shame, it used to be really great here.

We from the Giger Reisen Walenstadt travel group were very satisfied. Top service and also pastries.
