One of the best cocktail experiences in Lausanne. I have known the reflection of the islands for a very long time and the concept has remained the same: excellent cocktails at reasonable prices with very friendly staff. The last time I came there, I was on crutches and I was really welcomed and taken into account that. No more plastic, it's metal straws. Lots of places and terrace! The service is really excellent and warm. I will come back with pleasure!

If you love chemical cocktails, this is the right place. I had a mojito without mint and with everything except the taste and appearance of a mojito. Same for my friends' cocktails

I discovered this place in 1993, I was 16! We went there with two friends, back when it was already open at noon. Instead of dinner, we went for a cocktail!!! It was a time when we asked a lot fewer questions than today. We arrived late for classes in Renens, and quite “launched”!! I still remember the giggles that almost got us kicked out of class! I have lived far from Lausanne for a long time, but never has a bar left me with such an impression, such a memory... it’s a unique place and a unique atmosphere! A whole era...

Le reflet des est un lieu qui depuis une décennie ne m'a jamais déçue. L'accueil est chaleureux, le service tip top et les cocktails (par exemple le Port Louis et le Super Jo) sont incroyables. Qualité-prix imbattable. Santé !

Tout d'abord, nous avons été surpris et déçu de lire certains commentaires négatifs. Depuis que nous avons découvert ce lieux, c est avec plaisir que nous nous y sommes rendu à maintes reprises. La soirée de ce soir nous a encore confirmé le professionnalisme et la qualité général du service et des boissons proposées. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce lieux chaleureux.

Le pire rhum de Lausanne. Il dissout même les verres... Heureusement car ces derniers ne sont pas propres. Bref à éviter à tout prix

Nous avons réservé pour 12 personnes.On nous a mis dans une salle en face des toilettes, qui ne disposent d aucune fenêtre ni ventilation. L odeur était pestilentielle à chaque ouverture.Au sol, des toiles d’araignée se confondent avec des morceaux de cerises et d’oranges. Le seul et unique serveur, en sueur, arrive après 30 minutes pour prendre notre commande.Il revient après 45 minutes avec presque toutes nos boissons. En effet il sert à mon amie, qui avait commandé un virgin mojito, un autre cocktail sans explications mais en mentionnant il est offert par la maison. Mon amie lui indique qu elle ne peut pas boire ce cocktail car elle est allergique aux pommes et aux bananes et qu il en contient. Elle lui demande une bouteille d eau. Nous buvons nos cocktails (sauf mon amie). On est déçu des cocktails car ils sont chimiques, beaucoup trop dosés et qu il n y a aucun produit frais. Pour 16.--.Les mojitos n’ont ni menthe et ni citron vert mais une tranche d’orange et une cerise. Env. 35 minutes après, le serveur revient avec un Virgin mojito pour mon amie! Sans explications!On décide de partir et de payer pour stopper ce clavaire. On demande l’addition au bar. Le serveur toujours en sueur et très agacé me répond d’attendre et qu’il la prépare. Après 10 min, on retourne au bar avec l’argent de tout le monde et on demande l’addition. Le serveur me donne une carte que je ne comprends pas et on fait l’addition. On remarque que le serveur a facturé le verre offert ?!?.Le serveur très agacé, et agressif. Au bord de la crise de nerf, il nous répond que nous avons eu finalement le cocktail et donc on doit payer. On lui répond qu’on a attendu plus 1h30 et que ce n’est pas très commercial. Il me répondre qu’il m’a donné une carte de fidélité qui offre un cocktail de 16fr pour une prochaine fois... Nous payons et partons avec le sentiment d’avoir perdu notre soirée et de s’être fait carrément escroquer!

Meilleur emplacement pour cocktails sur Lausanne ! Bar/restaurant antillais très convivial et chaleureux, emplacement dans un quartier certes un peu plus éloigné du centre ville, mais tranquille et facilement accessible. Personnel agréable, carte qui se renouvelle, avantage fidélité client et bien sûr excellent choix de cocktails. Je recommande.

Même topo pour le couple derrière nous..... Affligeant ! Rageant!Pas de boudins créoles désolé, alors qu'on arrive à 19h !?!! Un restaurant antillais sans boudin un samedi soir ??? Mais vous voulez mettre la clef sous la porte ? Cela vaudrait peut être mieux... Poulet colombo insipide et sans sauce.Le patron a passé son temps à faire passer la pilule de l'attente en offrant des cocktails à qui en voulait et à motiver une serveuse qui ne comprenait définitivement pas après un ordre répété 3 fois.... Curieux : vous mangez vos accras sans serviette ni services....on vous pose les sets de table seulement à l'arrivée du plat principal..!! Arrivés à 19h, nous avons zappé le dessert tellement c'était long.....insupportable, nous sommes repartis juste à la fin du plat...à 21h!! Je revenais juste d'une semaine en Martinique... Mieux vaut faire le voyage, définitivement,!
