With the new management this place has completely changed its appearance and quality. A nice welcome with trained staff who were able to recommend food and wine pairings. The evening was so pleasant that we decided to end with an excellent drink. It's back on the list of my favorite places in Lousanne.

Honestly great. The dishes were crazy. The new manager served us, very friendly and full of humor. The cook is an artist! Whether it was in terms of colors, textures, flavors or the experience itself it was just incredible. In the ingredients there was a plant that refreshed/anesthetized your tongue (Szechuan herb?, it was the green plant), there were wild spices (salicorn, a seaside plant)... L The lamb was perfect. Top corn humus. We ended up shaking hands with the chef who told us a little about his journey. I dare you to ask him who he worked for. When you taste the dishes, you understand that he's not actually messing around. Well I loved it. Thank you for this beautiful evening.

I have a complaint to make about a waitress who must come from the Balkan countries, one day she got involved in a discussion with a friend and I told her to mind her own business. More cold and haughty. In addition, I serve coffee in an arrogant manner. I left your restaurant without leaving him one to drink. I've never seen a waitress as dishonest as her and also not pretty to look at either.

Looking for a place to eat in Laussane for 8 people we found this restaurant that treated us wonderfully, they welcomed us very kindly. The treatment was very good and quality-price also very good!!

Nice service. Drink was small, flat and lacking in taste (Moscow Mule ). Place is dowdy and lacking charm inside.

Two of us ate and were extremely disappointed. The steak tartar was ok (but no possibility of tasting the seasoning before), the fries were cold and frozen, my beef fillet on slate was nothing like a fillet (nerves and fat, many inedible parts) - uninteresting sauces (tasteless tartar and café de Paris which seems industrial). We had to remind them to serve us the salad. Friendly but distracted service. However, there wasn't much to cook in these dishes: 1 good piece of meat and some homemade fries and that's it... We wonder what task cooking it had? Other establishments nearby will offer you better quality for the same price. The wine was the only pleasant surprise of this meal. We shared our disappointment with the service and they made a gesture which was appreciated. The chef did not come out of his kitchen. We will not return there. There is more attention paid to the decoration than to the plate... Expensive for poor quality.

We had a very nice evening. Friendly welcome, delicious cocktails, very good dishes, stunning desserts and to finish a limoncello that can be tasted. We are looking forward to sunny days so we can enjoy this terrace in the city center.

For several years, this little bar has been livening up the top of the central street, in all simplicity and good humor... But now, since the resumption, help! The welcome, service and good humor mentioned all the time simply do not exist. An atmosphere close to brain death... It will be difficult to integrate into the local fabric.

This legendary café on Place Lausanne is now in good hands, the staff has been renewed, the food menu revisited, and the decoration redone. Very good for 3 years that I have been hanging around Lausanne... I have always been very well received until the end of January this year. But since it was taken over, help... it says Friendly Bar but it doesn't say hello and it doesn't welcome customers.... Yeah, too bad. But too bad for the cooks who are at the top! 🤷🏻‍♀️

A friend who works there (hello Marta 😘) advertises via social networks. I had never set foot there and this afternoon I had a professional intervention in Lausanne. So I tried one of the daily menus, Milanese piccatta, with soup as a starter and vanilla ice cream for dessert. The menu was less than CHF 20.-! You get what you pay for and you are welcomed with a smile (under the mask 😷) by the staff. Highly recommended !

My new favorite spot in Lausanne! Great atmosphere, professional staff and incredibly friendly and welcoming. Perfect for drinking a beer with a Valais plate, or even for a good meal. The new management is doing great!

Warm and jovial atmosphere, good music. Great place for an evening with friends, for example, good dishes (both small starters to share and main dishes). The vegetarian Antipasti plate was excellent and generous in size.

Byblos has an amazing terace that has sun in the latw afternoon. Pizzas are great and their happy hour offer is different every day.

Die Mengen sind in einer guten und sättigende Dimension.Bestimmt nicht nur das nette Lokal Personal war bei unserem Besuch der absolute Renner, sondern ebenfalls das tolle Ambiente.Die Location ist astrein leicht zu erreichen! Die günstige Verkehrsanbindung macht einen Besuch schnell möglich.Wir sind völlig positiv überrascht. Wir alle werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren.

Quality price, nothing to complain about, the plate of the day, pork fillet, mushroom sauce, pasta for CHF.19.-. However, very few mushrooms and pasta, the quantities could be more generous for foods that are not at high costs. Conversely, there was enough pork. Good reception, good location for pedestrians.

Found this place by chance. because we saw someone eating an impressive dish we decided to stay and also try it.. As a place it's nothing special, but you have to try this special unlimited crevettes dish! It comes marinated in a great sauce with salad and chips. Delicious! We will go again if we ever are in Lausanne. The service was friendly and very quick on that day! Just be careful! This offer is only available Friday+Saturday every 2 weeks.

Située sur la rue, assez bruyant en début de soirée vu le passage des voitures pétaradantes. Service correct, burger très moyen, noyé dans la sauce. Sympa pour une bière ou un verre.
