Every company has as good as the worst employee - and here it is the boss herself. Yes, I didn't see the sign on the ground at the entrance to the terrace (please wait for them to be placed). But that's no reason to have your boss yell at you from behind without greeting you. It continues in a spiteful, didactic tone until she finally allows you to sit in a free seat.

Some details that we think could be improved. Sterile, uncomfortable atmosphere, especially in the small hall on the upper floor. Bare wooden tables with simple placemats, no cutlery, these are placed on the table in a wooden box. We have already been to a few upscale restaurants that have been awarded several Michelin stars. Including Piedmont, France etc... There we were also treated to exclusive multi-course menus prepared and served to the highest standards... on perfectly set tables with white tablecloths!

Non-existent welcome upon arrival, the internal location is not refined and has no character, the service is friendly but slow (30 minute wait to receive the menu). Delicious meat but not all the dishes were so good, delicious dessert, the raw material is certainly excellent but the price is exaggerated.

It is a really good experience. I took the "menu surprise 4 courses". It was just a mind blowing experience. The young staff is extremely professional yet always ready to crack a joke. I would say, Aux Trois Amis is a world class chef with a world class staff.

Food was good so far, but prices were absolutely excessive because... Opening hours: closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, 11.30 a.m. - 2.30 p.m SUN, 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m On the following dates, we and our employees treat ourselves to a break: Not bad "9 weeks vacation" We can't understand why this is always the case in the catering industry No matter how much complaining there is, first everything is blamed on Corona, then on a lack of employees. A gourmet restaurant not to be missed under any circumstances! Dishes prepared meticulously and with great research. Impeccable service. The staff is very professional and very friendly! A breathtaking view of St-Pierre Island!

In terms of ambience, it is certainly one of the most beautiful restaurants in Switzerland in summer. The inexperienced hiker who comes to this idyll should be warned. This is a star restaurant with a corresponding price level and not a roasting joint. If you go for gourmet cuisine, you have two options: either it fits or it doesn't. The boss and staff act very confidently. Better for the guest if everything suits him.

Wunderwound beautifully located, great views, very stylish location, creative, varied and very tasty cuisine. Nice regional wine selection. For the aperitif there was wine that grew less than 3 meters from us. Very nice, courteous and efficient service. We will be back!

Discovered the restaurant by chance a few years ago. The food was good but too expensive for us, the staff was friendly. Now we were there again but disappointed! When we asked if there was any dessert, we were told no, we closed at 4 p.m., then we just had something to drink. But if I had known that a tea cost 6 Fr. I would have gone again... The coffee at 5 Fr is also overpriced.

Truly exceptional cuisine and setting. An address not to be missed in the region. 15 in Gault et Millaut and 1 Michelin star, it's still underrated in my opinion, I've been to 18 places in G&M and it wasn't as good. If you're in the area and love gourmet food, this is a must.

What a fantastic place - view, service and food. All to match. We had 4 plate menu, and absolutely recommend to go for one of the menu options. Worth the price. Also all food was tailored for specific intolerenices (and made really well).

It's a shame it doesn't have any vegan options. But the menu presented was very good.

Beautiful place, unfortunately very unfriendly service staff. As hikers, they were reluctant to let us on the terrace. The second time it was harshly said that the kitchen was already too busy and they couldn't serve any more guests. I understand this, but you can also say it in a friendly way. A pity.

Contrary to the promises on the homepage, my 80-year-old parents were not served today and were sent away again because they didn't want hikers as customers. Fantastic cuisine combined with awfully poor service… Very disappointing overall experience and really not worth the one michelin star that, my guess, will no more be there at the end of the season. Good luck guys.

One of our favorite restaurants in Switzerland. Great food that will satisfy even the most demanding palate. A friendly and approachable team. And: a view from the terrace that is second to none. Probably the most unpretentious and well-deserved Michelin star in Switzerland!

My 70th birthday was marked by poor service and an unfriendly reception. The price segment for this was too high. However, the food was delicious.

Food was good, we somehow expected more. Service was okay

Friendly welcome, very well-kept Sääli, fine lukewarm bread, terrine dry, venison schnitzel presented poorly, sometimes tough, sauce and chestnuts bland. Spaetzli was good, no other side dishes at all such as Brussels sprouts, red cabbage, apples.

Magnificent discovery in a magical setting, impeccable welcome and service. What can we say about the dishes on the long version surprise menu, except a succession of flavors in each dish, originality on the plate and incredible freshness. All this accompanied by good wines from the region. A big congratulations and hats off to the chef.

A nice place to be. We were a large group, happy with everything. Various requests were responded to very flexibly. It's a gourmet experience...tastefully decorated. The “sknife” Swiss knife cutlery has a wonderful feel.

An enchanting place in the heights of Ligerz with a breathtaking view of Lake Biel, Saint Pierre Island, the mountains and the Chasselas vineyards. The staff is competent and friendly, the owner has a professional eye on everything and she takes care of you with a smile. The restaurant is listed in the Gault et Millau and the Michelin Guide, the chef flits around in the kitchen offering a very refined menu, the dishes are tasty and surprising, most of them made with local products. Do not neglect the surprise formulas, from 4 to 6 dishes. the quality of the food and the idyllic setting make it more expensive than elsewhere but, frankly... it's worth the detour. We will definitely return.

A restaurant with a dream terrace that not only brings joy, but exudes charm, warmth and competence! Great cuisine, we can only recommend the Menu Surprise, they are at least more modern and clever than the normal menu reads. We'll definitely be back, thank you for a great evening!

It has always been a dream place - the view from the terrace over Lake Biel and Peter's Island is unique and transports the guest to paradise. Excellent wines from the region and newly interpreted local dishes contribute to your well-being.

This afternoon I spontaneously wanted to redeem our voucher and go out for ice cream. We were arrogantly sent away because the terrace was occupied but the whole restaurant inside was empty, but we weren't allowed to sit down there! We had an hour's drive and didn't get any ice cream or anything to drink in the heat. The boss didn't look for a solution either, but pointed out that they only work on reservation! An empty restaurant and you are sent away, to Corona! Which restaurateur does something like that?!?! I have worked in this industry myself and this is an absolute now go!!! I do not understand the world anymore!!! What a shame for the beautiful restaurant! We will never come back, we'd rather tear up the voucher.

A wonderful culinary experience! With the Menu Surprise, your eyes and palate will be surprised again and again. And all this in a family environment in the middle of the vines above Lake Biel.

Friday at 2:30 p.m. coffee and ice cream don't seem to be served that much. The turnover is probably too low. No more visits from me in the future.

Excellent, innovative and a welcome worthy of the surprise meal!

We were in this restaurant yesterday as a group (9 people). We arrived at 2:02 p.m. For some reason, we were told, we only get drinks and no more food. The next reason was that the kitchen was supposedly closed. So we had a quick drink and had to watch as food was brought from the kitchen to other tables. We paid our bill and then left. I think you can only stop at this restaurant as a hiking group if you are not hungry, it is not recommended.

The view is A1. It is closed on Monday. Therefore I cannot give a review about the food.

We had a very delicious meal here. We chose a 5 course menu a la surprise. I enjoyed the vegetarian version. My eating companions the meat and fish version. It was very meat and fish heavy, which is why I'm glad there was also a vegetarian menu. The menu did not disappoint! Every time it's a surprise and the portions are just right. Very varied for the eye and culinary. There was also an exquisite wine, surrounded by vineyards and a quiet atmosphere. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of Lake Biel and St. Peter's Island. On site you felt a bit like you were in Italy, as the restaurant is in the middle of "harsh" little houses and lanterns. The service was mostly very friendly, only one waitress was a bit too direct for my taste, but everything was still within the normal range. This evening was priceless, and I mean that LITERALLY. Beautiful but also expensive. It comes at a price, but is definitely worth it. But you can easily stop here once or twice a year.

Unfortunately, at 2 p.m. in the afternoon, as a guest who "just" wants to have a drink and enjoy a dessert, you are checked in with 2 free tables, so there is nothing left and you have to turn it up! It's not very customer friendly.

Trotz Reservation keine Begrüssung, am Tisch nebenan, wo die Gäste offenbar bekannt waren, kam der Koch an den Tisch, wir nebenan wurden nicht beachtet. Das Restaurant war nicht voll und bei diesem Preis erwarte ich einen anderen Service. Die Wasserkaraffe wurde uns sozusagen auf den Tisch geknallt, keine Frage, ob wir ein Apero wünschen. Obwohl das Essen excellent war, werden wir nicht mehr hingehen. Schade!

Besuch mit einer grösseren Gruppe von Weinfreunden. Wir haben eine Weinprobe zu einem vorzüglichen Essen geniessen dürfen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hoch professionell. Das Lokal ist ein Besuch wert. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Sehr schöne Lokalität. das Gourmet-Menü war ausgezeichnet, optisch wie kulinarisch. Die Sommelière Cynthia Lauper versteht ihr Handwerk. Der einige Makel war dass wir nicht verabschiedet wurden.
